The worst customer service ever! My fiancé went into this store to get a phone and we spent a hour…read morepicking out a phone and getting everything set up. When they were 20 minutes from closing the man asked us to come back tomorrow and do this because they are about to close... we still had 20 minutes left and we were almost finished with getting the phone activated. So we had to come back the next day and do it all over again. A few days into having the phone, my fiancé experienced a lot of glitching from the phone so we returned the phone back to the same store 3 days later. We brought back the receipt. Phone, and all of the accessories that came with it. And the same thing happened again! the lady told us to come back tomorrow when a manager was there to make a return.... again a major inconvenience for the consumer... so we left the phone there so we did not risk damage to the phone, and they had a problem with it too. When speaking to the manager she asked was why we didn't want the phone, and when we told her about the bad customer service and the phone not working right she just said okay and rolled her eyes... so we did not feel too wanted by them and after that I do not want to do business with somebody like that.

The first thing you should understand is One Ring Networks doesn't do anything except collect money…read morewhen it comes to phone service. They don't own any of the equipment or lines, they simply buy phone service from CenturyLink and resell it to you and others. As a result, when something goes wrong, they are of only marginal assistance in obtaining a resolution. Specifically, if you need repair service, you call One Ring, they call CenturyLink, then you sit and wait. My phone service goes out frequently and, for the episode at this writing, has been out for two weeks now. With each of the multiple calls I've made to One Ring pleading for help, they claim they are trying to get the repair done but there's nothing they can do. And, the tone of voice they all use seems to convey they are really not concerned about whether or when your service is restored (just keep paying their bill!). Getting service directly from CenturyLink is probably a better idea, and one I'm considering at this time. Perhaps they take care of their own customers better than One Ring's.

Problems like hidden fees are not hidden at all as it is clearly mentioned in their agreement about the payment processing @ $3 per payment monthly. Which can be simply avoided if checks are mail directly or sent digitally from your bank. By the way most bank offer free digital checking at no cost and is a great way to save on processing fees at most places that have recurring payment.
