Staff is incompetent. They don't know anything about their products or services if you ask a question they stare at you blankly. If they do answer it's usually wrong. They have a bunch of problems with their phones and their promotional items are a lie. All in all they don't offer much and you will always pay much more than what they tell you. The store was very busy. Most customers tied up the staff for about 15 minutes. I got help in about 30 minutes. Once Darren got to me, it was a simple fix for him. Blake helped me with current Internet promotions. Austin, who was in from the Shawnee office, was helping an older lady who required a lot of help with several needs.
