I paid a total of 170 a day later I called to report the malfunctioning of my device. I paid to have the screens changed my phone began to freeze and glitch please be advised this company is not listed with the BBB and once they have your money its theirs! Switch carriers from Metro to T-Mobile at this site almost a year ago.. it has been night and day with customer service here. I will never go to another provider. This store location and it's workers have literally gone to bat to get issues resolved for me and went above and beyond.. I will drive further to this location because of the knowledge and the personalities. Liz the manager is always personal and asks about my life and family. Today David and Jesus went Beyond to fix an issue and I'm very pleased. I will never trade carriers. I've never had a bad experience here . Also the young lady who originally got me to swith providers is awesome as well Fatima is great. Team pink! read more

I am extremely pleased with the services provided at the Beaumont, texas ;college street location. The staff is amazing. I specifically was assisted by Jas, Omar, and Hamza. They were awesome and understanding in addressing all of my concerns. Hamza took extra time to assist me and was extremely kind. This by far has been the best experience I have had with tmobile this far (by phone/in store) in almost the past 15 years. I had a rough time on the phone this am with customer care and I was promised a scheduled phone call this am, which never occurred. This team is awesome in every way and tbh... they saved a customer as I was about to cancel services with you guys and pay my remaining balance. Kudos to this team!!! read more
