Today I got a panicked call from my mother-in-law's caretaker saying the living room was getting…read moreflooded. It turned out to be the hot water bib in the laundry room failed. I was working more than an hour away and the caretaker had no idea how to turn off the water to the house so it was a very ugly situation. I called Mr. Rooter and Tracy answered. I explained my situation and the stress in my voice was obvious. She not only scheduled someone to come out, she called the water district to come out and shut off the water! She did not have to do that, but she did and it was a game changer. Once the water was off, I was able to clean up and prepare for their technician's visit. I had to head back out to work and left the project in my wife's hands. Turned out that the entire box for the water bibs and drain needed to be replaced. It wasn't cheap, but prices sounded comparable to similar projects and it was done quickly, professionally, and they were extremely nice. I cannot stress how Tracy's actions made a very bad situation into a completely solvable one. The was no significant damage, nothing irreplaceable was destroyed and as I write this review, life is back to normal. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!

What caught my attention was the 5 for $19.99 underwear. It wasn't for me but it is a good idea for gifting. I scoured the bins and found a few sizes. They're almost gone.
