This is my go to store. Every time I go to another location, I always seem to have problems: -The employee helping us doesn't actually know anything regardless of him or her being new or not -They always tell us they don't have it in stock -Add new phones to wrong phone numbers therefore adding insurance to the wrong phone and phone numbers Etc. Then I come to this location and every employee I've dealt with are nice, funny, know what they are talking about, and are willing to help us out. Andrew helped me out this time and he was awesome (along with the other guys there)! He fixed our account problems, made sure he had the phone we wanted in stock before wasting our time (we were told at four other stores that this phone was not in stock anywhere), transferred what he could from my old phone to the new one, and gave us advice and opinions on accessories. Today (11/5/2017) I went to this T-mobile store to switch iPhone 6s to iPhone 8. I was there from 2pm until 6pm ( the store closed at 6 pm on Sunday) . All my data from the old iPhone still not transferred to the new iPhone. I have been there for 4 hours and the new phone is just messy. Only 20% of the information in the old iPhone are transferred to the new iPhone . I have no choice but called the apple tech support by myself. And I have get it done in 10 mins. The staff in the store is very unprofessional and irresponsible. Don't go there. They are not worth it. read more

Even offered to give the money and everything while my dog was outside, they still said no. I guess they don't want any service. The store was empty. This review pertains to the highly unprofessional staff at this store. I signed up with service with Karla. After a few weeks, I had issues with the service and went to get help here. In my first attempt to resolve the issue here required a manager to help. I was told he was out for the day. Upon my second attempt, Karla, my original salesperson was there and again indicated that the manager was no where to be found. During the whole time I was there, she was holding a side conversation with a fellow salesperson about her social media woes instead of concentrating on my problem. She had a dismissive attitude about my issue and blamed the unlocked phone I brought to T-Mobile service as the root cause. Little did she know that I swapped sim cards and used it on two phones and had the same bandwidth problem. Long story short, the salespeople will act like your best friend to get you to sign up only to treat you like dirt once you have an issue. This does not reflect well on T-Mobile as a whole and I would recommend people stay away from this store if not the company as a whole. read more

What a snakes t-mobile has working for them. I walked in was waiting and looking around when an employee of sprint tells me to stop moving around by the door because he is going to get in trouble for having the counter show people coming in and he not selling them phones. So I stopped waited and waited meanwhile listening to the sales person trying to get this couple to add new lines for iPhone 13s with promotions that he had all colors in stock. Then Jesus starts to help with with upgrading and adding an apple watch. He is quick to help me add a line but once he realized I was upgrading two he states. Oh we don't have iphone13s in stock. I know they get paid commission for new lines but don't you want to keep your old customers happy as well? T-mobile needs to really start auditing their stores because if this is the treatment we keep getting ill be happy to find a new phone company. read more

Just came in today to get a new iPhone and ended up leaving with 2! The BOGO offer is back for a very short time and I had the pleasure of being helped by Joseph (GM) and Maciah! These two have great energy working together to get my new line set up and ensure I was getting the best possible deal and set up. They both truly understand customer needs and was able to make this process seamless for me with some fun as well. Incredibly knowledgeable, capable, & friendly - it felt like I had friends taking care of my phone needs instead of sale reps trying to squeeze more out of my wallet! Maciah was on the phone with customer care for me for over 30 mins and Joseph even hopped on another line to speed things up for me - seriously great care and efforts were put forth by the team! Came in to ask about the Samsung S21 and was "helped" by an unenthusiastic Faye. She didn't even seem like she wanted to work here and had a lot of attitude. She wasn't even trying to sell us the products or give us any additional information about the phone. We left because we didn't like the way she served us! I don't get why she's working here if she's so unhappy here to do her job and lacks customer service skills. Very impressed with the knowledge, courtesy and efficiency of Carla R. at this T-Mobile store. I upgraded my iPhone 8 cellphone June 4th and was so happy that we decided to upgrade my husband's phone yesterday. It was really because of the good explanation by Carla on the new terms and billing.; including all other options. The first upgrade was out of necessity because my cell didn't have insurance and broke. The upgrade for the hubby was influenced by Carla's friendly and problem-solving attitude while providing solutions to all my questions. This store is fully stocked on phones, phone covers, and screen protectors. Overall the helpfulness and courtesy of this store's staff is the best. 14 day free trial with no charge was not honored. We cancelled well within the trial window and couldn't get a refund on SIM cards. Despite what was promised and on the trial paperwork contract, we had to dispute the charge directly with our credit card company. We were also charged $100 for service this month despite cancelling and having the paperwork to prove it. So we now must spend more time disputing this charge. This has been a hassle. We will never use T-mobile as a result of this. read more

Just to give you and idea of what to expect. Dylan is basically sleeping at the desk when i have to greet him since no one spoke to me when i walked in, he gives me a weak and low "I'm good" ...after I asked him about a phone being in stock, instead of answering, he asked me for my phone number... I thought that was a weird way to answer a yes or no question but I acquiesced. After verifying my name, he wanted to check my ID but I just wanted to know if the phone was in stock..There's nothing common about common sense but to save both of us time, it made sense to me that if the phone I wanted wasn't in stock we can save all the other bullshit and he can go back to sleep. But when I asked if he could check if the phone was in stock first, he says "no". Unknown to me at the time, his manager was casually chilling on a nearby desk not at all concerned. When I asked him for the store information, I had to talk to the side of his face since his slumped position was more important than showing me any kind of respect. I hope they both granted the gift of being fired so they can pursue their passions in life, because they are miserable working at tmobile read more

Walking into the store I was greeted by Justin and Karla. I wanted to upgrade my phone but wasn't sure to what. Justin was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of both products and services. Karla gave personal input as to how the phones worked for her and her likes and dislikes. I probably spent about 2 hours there going back and forth. Not once did I feel rushed or ignored. These guys were very attentive and always available and willing to help with any questions or concerns I had. I finally ended up upgrading to the Samsung Galaxy S8 and I'm really happy I did.
