Expected her to be professional and assist the situation instead of telling me she can't do anything about it when clearly you can because I've done it at plenty locations and most of these tmobile employees seem to just be standing on their ass with their mouths wide open instead of helping customers. This was the worse experience I've ever had at a T-Mobile store. I came to get an upgrade for my son's phone and nobody seemed to be able to help. The person helping me called the manger to see if they can take my son's phone for the promotional credit they had going on and the manger instructed(over the phone) not to because my son's phone wasn't working. The reason my son's phone wasn't working is not dude to mechanical issues. Zero water damage, zero scratches and zero cracks. Phones just mess up. It's the iPhone 7, hello! They instructed me to call assurant and place a claim and assurant told me that it should be handled by T-Mobile! I was beyond upset but rather than go back to the store I called T-Mobile myself and told them what had happened. Sure enough, they were able to help with an upgrade by taking the phone back and giving me the credit for it. My son's phone will be delivered and I just have to send in his old one with a pre-paid label! I'm so glad the issue was resolved no thanks to anybody at this store! Do not go here! read more

This t-mobile store was a complete nightmare. First of all, I walked in and it was partially empty so I stood in line hoping to be assisted by the next available staff. Then, when I thought it was my turn they told me I had to sign a sign in sheet. WHY couldn't they tell me when I first walked in and there were no customers? Then, I asked for help regarding a device trade in and they told me that there was nothing they can do. The funniest thing was that the staff was really robotic telling me that there was nothing they can do...nothing they can do... cant help you... nothing we can do. WELL... what can you do? Get your sh*t straight! Nobody in here seems knowledgeable and just gives you random answers. Definitely unsatisfied. read more

The employees at this store are super friendly and helpful, came in to switch plans from AT&T and the employees there were more than happy to help as well as informative to make sure I knew what I was getting in to without anything hidden. I am a very careful guy when it comes to long term plans and they went into detail about the plan I was switching too and answered all my questions which was very helpful to me. Left a happy customer and would suggest this location to anyone looking to switch plans or upgrade! read more

My phone got stolen, so I came here to get a new SIM card for a previous old phone that I've used in the past. $8 to unlock my old phone and $20 for a SIM card. Or buy a $1 store mobile phone charger for $20 and then they'll give me a SIM card. Really? AT&T used to give them to me free anytime I got new phones. This place just money hungry. read more

horrible customer service. The store is new, i suggest the manager does re-training of employes. I have come this location 3 or 4 times just because its around the corner from my house. All the asian staff is very rude and uptight. it just seems like they hate what they are doing and not even trying to hide it. As one the girls was helping she was just staring out the window and talking loudly with her co worker about non work related topic and when i asked her a questions she replied in a very rude way as if i was bothering her. I have done bill pays at countless of tmobile stores with no problem at all. This place not only didn't add money for my account but charged me and pretended too!!! When i came back to complain everyone kept giving me a run around and refused to either credit my phone or give me a refund!! They kept telling me to come in when their manager was in. Every time I came in the 'manager' wasn't in! This happened twice to me twice and never got a refund! This has been the worst but worst customer service Ever in my life being a customer, never have I experienced something like this, not only did we waited over four hours to transfer service and get new service here and still had us come back for the next day to continue adding more issues to our account. They completely screwed our account and phones. On the two days the store manager were in the stores not until we asked for them to take over they wouldn't approach us to step up and take over to help the un-knowledgeable tech. It was frustrating! I hardly ever write any reviews , but this 5 star review goes out to Huy for excellent customer service, who helped me switch from AT&T to T-Mobile.He patiently worked with me as I explained to him about my circumstances and worries about switching over to a new carrier. I was with AT&T for about 5 years, but recently my bill has sky rocketed and I decided to get some detail about t-mobile at this location. Upon from entering the store it was a full house and the waited time was ridiculously long, but worth while because Huy did an excellent job of going over every single detail about switching over and the services at t-mobile. This store need to work on getting people who want to pay their bill out of the way, other then that I was happy with my experience. I will recommending people to this store despite the wait time. Eric and (Bryan (I believe) took care of me and my family last minute. Didn't have my wallet on me and was the last guy in the store 10 mins before they locked up for the night . Parents came through with my wallet and they also decided to replace my parents cracked tempered glass screens after quickly cranking out a IPhone XR which I'm writing this review with.. Bai is the worst T-Mobile representative I have encountered. I came in to buy a phone, and he charged me an amount that wasn't even on the sticker! I asked him why there was the price difference, and all he could tell me was that it was the system's price and he couldn't do anything about it. I asked to speak to a manager, and he supposedly called his manager on his cellphone, and then came back to tell me that the price was for pre-paid accounts only. It sounded like b.s. to me, but I was tired of waiting, and just purchased the phone for the "system" price. After I left the store, I called T-Mobile to complain about the price difference, and the representative told me that the store had not changed the price tags from last month. She adjusted my account for the difference, and I asked her if there were any changes to my account since I didn't trust Bai at this point. I found out he had added unlimited 4g data and the JUMP program to my account WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION. I checked the printouts I signed from the store, which did not mention the data or JUMP program. What a scam! Stay away from this store and don't ever let Bai touch your account! read more

Ok, so this is my first review on yelp... Get ready .... A couple of weeks ago I went on a camping trip with my family and accidentally dropped my iPhone. The drop was so hard it completely broke my phone to the point where it was unusable. When I got back into town, I dropped off my luggage and headed straight to the nearest T-Mobile (Alhambra) store. I had just drove 6 hours to get back into town and was extremely tired, anyways I was looking to get a loaner phone since I had to wait a couple of days for my replacement phone. I walked in the store and automatically a associate by the name of Alex Medina greeted me with a smile and asked me if i had any questions. I explained to him my situation and right away he jumped on the computer to see what were my options. My options did not sound great but Alex was determined to help me out in order to meet my satisfaction. 20 min later I walked out with a loaner phone, it wasn't easy to get but with Alex's help it was a success! Unfortunately 2 days from the day I got loaner phone I was involved in a horrible car accident. Lucky, I walked away with no permanent damages. Sad thing about the incident, I lost all of my belongings. The day came when it was time to return back the "loaner" phone. As I gathered the phone I noticed the receipt for the phone was not in the box, it was in the car!!! I figured it would not be a problem to return since I showed I.d when I signed the contract for the loaner phone and also that I had an existing account. I walked into the store 7 days later to return the phone, I tried to explain my story to the associate about my receipt. The associate said he could not return the phone without a receipt so I asked if I could speak to a manager. He said the manager was not there but the "key holder" was next in line. He asked the "key holder" if there was anything he could do and the "key holder" by the name of Bai aka Eric gave me a brief look and advised me to go to the corporate store 20 miles away. Keep note: my boyfriend and I just drove in traffic for over an hour because of rush hour and I did not feel like dealing with more traffic. Bai did not seem to want to help me out at all. He was EXTREMELY RUDE! I asked him for his full name and his managers phone number. He quickly scribbled his name on a business card, left it on the counter and walked away. I waked out of the store feeling all sorts of emotions, I could not believe the service I was provided with. I called T-Mobile to make a compliant and the operator advised me to go back in the store so she can talk to Bai. When I walked in the store I signed my name on the sign in sheet and noticed I had quit a few people ahead of me, there were only 3 associates working that evening. After waiting for an hour it was finally my turn! Bai walked over to the sign in sheet and saw my name, he looked at me, looked back at the other associate and said he was going on break. Bai walked out of store and lit up a cigarette. At this point i was livid! I could not believe what was happening! I was a T-Mobile customer for 5 years but after this horrible experience I decided to end my account. After reading the above reviews I didn't even bother talking to the manger David, it doesn't seem like he does anything about the poor customer service that is happening at his store. Please take my and the other customers advice and DO NOT COME TO THIS STORE!!!!!!!!!!! Bai aka Eric gives T-Mobiles customer service a bad name and I really hope the corporate offices will see this review and do something about it. I went to this T-Mobile store twice, once in June to open my first account and once three days ago to upgrade my phone. I really enjoyed my two visits at this location, I was helped by Sof to get my plan started in June, and helped by Krista and Sof a few days ago to upgrade my phone. Krista, Sof along with the manager David all stayed after hours until 8:30 to make sure they answered all of my questions and get my upgrade. I appreciate their sincere, honest and helpful attitude, I feel like I could trust them and that they had my best interest at heart. I would definitely recommend my friends to go back to this store again. It is very busy due to the central location, however I think it is definitely worth the wait! read more

I was having a bit of problems with my LG G3 and Sof helped me and my a fiance get a Samsung note 5, Samsung s6 edge,Samsung tab A which took quite a while, but he never lost his spirit even though they had closed and we stayed there for over an hour!!! I purchased a car charger from this location two months ago and it stopped working. I brought the car charger back for a replacement and the staff inside said that the warranty only last for 30 days. I was taken care of by the most patient customer service person name "Gabby I think I was there for over 3 hours, trying to figure out if I want a new phone or just change the plan. I never gave any business one star, and this T-Mobile deserves. I have no idea where those five-star reviews come from, perhaps from friends or someone else. It is interesting to see that this store gets either one-star or five-star. It makes me think that it seems only one-star reviews showed their real customer service. My worst T-Mobile service experience happened at this branch. The staff were not well-trained, and showed no courtesy. Ridiculously, they could just walk away during the process of handling my simple case, starting to do something else which has nothing to do with my thing without asking my permission. I was wondering if my case was too simple to even be taken care of. What kind of customer service is this!! Totally felt ignored. And most ridiculously, the person who looks like store manager or franchise owner with glasses showed the most "I do not care" type of facial expression all the time. If you want to wait for long time yet not to get good experience and customer service, then go to this branch; otherwise, just skip this place. They are trying to rip people off. I needed a refund for a note 7 case but they couldn't becuz i didnt have the original packaging even though i had the receipt and the case. Fucken BS. Why would i keep a 50 dollar case for a non-existing phone. All the note 7 phones were recalled. Awful experience every time. Trainee Hao Deng has no idea what's he's doing. All we wanted was to transfer a t-mobile number to another t-mobile account. He had us activate an new sim, then call to release one #to replace the new number from the sim. All unnecessary!! Want something done, call their customer care 611. Worst t mobile store ever. I came in to buy an iPhone SE and asked the person if my old SIM card will fit in the new phone. He asked the manager and came back saying yes. Then he said I have to pay with debit card which is their policy. After I asked him to open the box, we realized that the phone and the card don't fit. He said he doesn't have a SIM card cutter and had to return the phone ( no return on the prepaid card). Since I used debit card to purchase, they will need to send me a check in 10 days. Then he told me to give him my routing number, I asked him to hold on for me to double check but he just clicked "submit". I guess their employee is so unprofessional and really inexperienced. I wish I would have looked at the reviews before coming to this location on Valley and Atlantic. Store looks nice but the service is absolutely terrible. I went in there today to exchange the recall Note 7, T-Mobile started exchanges yesterday. When I walked in I was told to sign in, I asked do they have the replacement Note 7 for exchange and I was told yes. 30 minutes later, a rep that just started her shift informed me that they are not able to exchange it because her manager was not there yet. I asked when is the manager coming in and she said he is taking the day off. This location is a franchise not company owned, from what it sounds is that they do not want to deal with this recall. I guess franchises do not need to give customer service. I heard the reps talking to other customers and as the other reviews state, it is young rude kids working there. I went to the location on Huntington and Fremont unfortunately they are sold out, the last one was the lady at the register. I wish I came here first, that would have probably been mine. I told them about not being able to get it because the manager was not there, they said that does not make sense. At least they told me the second I stepped into the store. read more
