My fiance had the signature lobster & fillet mignon and I had the highly recommended black grouper. Food was good but the prices & view are extremely overrated imo. I have been coming to T-Michael's for years and enjoyed dinner there last night, as I have many times now. I have never been disappointed and the place has become a second home of sorts. First of all, the bar scene feels like an episode of Cheers with friendly, familiar faces. The bartenders are always spot on and the lounge specials are a great deal. All of the food at T-Michael's is from the best quality ingredients. But my favorite is dinner in the main dining room with spectacular floor to ceiling windows offering a therapeutic water view. Last night the wind kicked up and dark rain clouds made their way through with a few lighting bolts to boot. It's lovely to be able to watch it all from the comfort of your table with your favorite drink in hand. My husband and I treated my elderly parents and our son to dinner last night. My mother is hearing impaired. There are few restaurants that aren't too noisy to have a conversation. I don't know what it is about T-Michael's, maybe because the dining room is so spacious and tables are far enough apart but it's easy to have a conversation and be able to hear each other. Maddie, our attentive waitress was happy to explain the many specials to our entire table and then again to my mother who was not able to get everything the first time around. Maddie was so wonderful asking the right questions and suggesting the perfect choices for each indecisive guest. The food is always so delicious at T-Michael's and we are grateful to call it one of our favs. What did we enjoy last night? Caesar Salads, Shrimp Sambal, Creamed Spinach, Mashed Potatoes, Sautéed Mushrooms, Asparagus for our shared sides and everyone's entrees were to perfection. What a neat surprise this place was. Our friends invited us to a happy hour there because they had nothing but good things to say about it. I'm glad they did because this place did not disappoint. The cocktails were mixed very well and truly reflected happy hour prices. The small plates menu for happy hour was awesome. We tried 3 different dishes and all of them looked and tasted wonderful. I can't believe they served that quality of food for a happy hour price. If you have not tried this place, please put it on your list. I have no complaints and will return again soon. read more

Yesterday we made reservations for dinner at 530p. Manager called us and helped explain the menu and was very helpful. Arrived on time and was promptly seated. Waiter was at table and we order drinks and dinner. All was good...... Then 1.5 hours later no dinner. Waiter told us dinner was on its way but we continued to wait. Finally I walked up to waiter and he immediately apologized. Supervisor apologized and said he would look into the issue. We expected our dinners would soon arrive but still nothing.... We had to ask for bread. Apparently bread is part of the meal but was told we had to request it. On the way out, I spoke to same manager I spoke to the day before. Again another apology and offer for a gift card. We were hungry by that time and again expected some response that they could expedite or even box the meals for us. Nope! The issue is simple- the restaurant was over extended with tents outside for extended service.! Social distance instead was tough given the set up. This restaurant cared less about satisfying visitors and more about bottom line. Find another restaurant because there are many in the area that cares about you and your guests. Merry Christmas! Stayed in Marco Island and wanted a nice restaurant for our anniversary. Found T Michaels online and reviews were great. Dined with them and it did not disappoint. Everything from theyre appetizer to their soup, entree and dessert was superb. The server and hostess were also very friendly and accommodating. Will be returning soon. This was the perfect place to go all out!! Today is Thanksgiving and I am in town working. I was alone but everyone here made me feel like a part of the family while I was away from my family! Kevin,Todd,Johnny, and especially Stephanie were exceptional! The environment was warm and welcoming yet light and bubbly If you want to go for a night out and really soak up the Naples scene, T Michaels is the place to do it! Their views of the water are inviting and classy and the noise is kept at a happy dull roar. Everyone at this steakhouse carries a sense of poise and class while also maintaining a very down to earth demeanor that's inviting for the whole family or just a table of one like myself. Let me start by saying the good things about our experience: the steak was pretty flavorful, the French onion soup was decent and the bread was good. That's almost where it stopped for this 160.00 meal. We got the cheapest steaks and drank water- by choice by it's not a 160.00 meal to me. First of all, the waitress was not very attentive. She didn't pay attention to details at all and we waited for our check for 20 mins at least. The creamer spinach was cold... twice (sent by twice and was still charged for it) and the lobster Mac and cheese was runny. For the price, I'll take my business to Ocean Prime, pay 30.00 and get impeccable food and service. Just a little bit of a disappointing birthday dinner. We went there for Christmas eve dinner. I had been one time before for a Pelican Bay Women's League event and it was really good. The theme Christmas eve was churn 'em and burn 'em. They brought many extra tables into the dining room. It was so crowded that it was hard to even walk to the table or the restroom. When we arrived they said it would be about 15-20 minutes until our table was ready, no problem. We went to the bar and waited for a bartender, again, no problem. When he came over, I asked if they had any special Christmas cocktails? "Nope, just the usual, what do you want?" Very short and rushed and not very festive. We were seated at the table and it felt like we were on a cruise ship, limited menu, very tight tables, very rushed. We ordered and our food was delivered (cold) in less than 5 minutes which we concluded was because everything was pre-made and ready for the servers to slap right down on the table. We were seated start to finish for less than one hour. This was not what we had in mind for Christmas eve dinner and at over $100 per person, we were very disappointed. While we were very excited to go based on the menu and history, the restaurant fell short. T-Michaels did not meet reservation expectations. We waited about 30 mins after our reservation along with many others that also had a reservations. The resturant overbooked, was sitting tables too close, a waiter and a valet team member walked around without a mask on. After 35 mins we left due to potential risk and lack of organization with reservations. Hopefully the resturant can improve soon. read more

Incredible experience with our waitress Kelly, she made our dinner such an enjoyable experience. My 86 year old grandpa is in a wheelchair and has a hard time hearing. The staff made sure he was comfortable and Kelly was always checking in. The food was delicious - I ordered the filet mignon and it was cooked perfectly. I wanted to take my wife to a nice steakhouse and the only thing that was nice was the view, kind of. Ordered a steak medium-well and came out rare. The "shareable" lobster mac wasnt enough for even 1 person and it's $20. Nothing was seasoned. Waiter was rude. They definitely did not respect COVID restrictions. They sat a whole family directly next to us. At the end, they tried charging me $64 for a 14oz steak that clearly said $54 on the menu which is ridiculous. Unfortunately i would never recommend this place as there are tons of other restaurants in Naples that will meet and surpass your expectations. Wont be coming here again. read more

I made a reservation for 5 people fo 7:30pm on a Saturday on Feb 20th. When I got to the restaurant I saw they had tables set up in the parking lot which I assumed was for social distancing. When I got inside, the place was packed beyond capacity with every table full and a line to get to the hostess. After waiting 15 min just to speak to the hostess to let them know of my so called reservation, she informs me that I made a reservation for a "high top" and that I would have to go to the bar and speak with the bartender. I could not get over the lack of professionalism or rudeness that was displayed by this young inexperienced teenager who had no business being a host there let alone a Denny's. I told her it was her job to honor my reservation and if anyone else needed to be consulted, then she should do it. Especially since I had to wait in line just to let them know that I had arrived for a previously made reservation. She preceded to ignore me and help out a patron behind me and told me to stand to the side. After receiving such rude treatment and observing other people who had reservations being told they had to wait 45min to an hour, I gathered my party and we left, Never to return to a restaurant that had such disdain for its patrons. Patrons who were not part of their "regulars" whom I saw being waved ahead of the line and I'm guessing had no reservation. If you want a private supper club, then don't invite the public and take reservations. One of the worst humiliating experiences I had ever had. My recommendation is...don't go, unless you don't mind sitting outside in a dirty parking lot breathing in exhaust fumes from the valet parking lot directly adjacent Whilst being ignored. Good place for a shopping mall restaurant. Nice views of the canal inlet from the dining room, but be sure you request a window table or you will be placed in the back of the dining area. Food was good, but not great for the price, but the prime rib special is one you should try for. It was only $21 for a generous slab of beef. Wine list was good, but on the pricey side. Had a nice Malbec that was $50 where other places would have had it for $37. Service was outstanding though, and one of my reasons for adding another star. Dress is more on the formal side. I shad a nice golf shirt and dress shorts and felt a bit underdressed. read more

First time to T Michael's, we sat in the atrium which was surprisingly comfortable. Had spicy shrimp appetizer, which was tasty. Lobster bisk also tasty before the entre and steaks, lobster tail and lamb. All really well prepared and flavorful. They gave us a free appetizer for being first time customers which was very good, waiter was pleasant but gone a lot, $61 for about 4 ounces of lamb chop, I asked the waiter don't you usually get four of them, he said no, also asked do you get any bread with the meal or is that à la carte also, he said upon request, we said we did ask the other waiter for some but it never came, he said let me take care of it with a free dessert, my opinion for three people, one glass of wine, $230 is more money than I would spend again, The chicken and the filet were good, I had just as good of lamb chops at Carrabbas for 28.00 and it came with soup and potato !!! We had a great experience at T-Michaels in April. The steaks were the highlight of our meal! Salads weren't anything outstanding, but not a dealbreaker here. We went to the bar after dinner and had a great time talking to the friendly bartenders. I'd definitely recommend this restaurant to any Naples area visitors. read more
