TuTugether in Providence is located Level 2 near macy's and is next to Starbucks at Providence Place Mall. I made an online reservation for 2 on Thursday, June 5, 2025 at 5:00pm and made a deposit of $10 which is a partial payment toward the project's total cost and will be deducted at checkout in store - no hidden fees or double charges. My friend and I walked into TuTugether and were greeted by a staff member. We told her we had a reservation and informed her that I wanted to do pouring over a large bunny and my friend wanted to decorate an iPhone case. The staff member asked my friend which iPhone she had and then asked her to double check it fits her phone. Then, the staff member gave us instructions on how to do each craft and just let our creativity take over. For pouring art, I chose 4 acrylic paint colors and poured them over the large bunny. The colors flow and blend into unique and abstract patterns. Pouring is simple and straightforward. I just had to make sure not to miss any spots. My friend chose the charms and icing to decorate her phone case. There were many options for charms. We took our time and the whole process took about 40 minutes. Prior to checkout, the staff member asked if we took a picture of our project. It takes 2 days for the acrylic paint and the iPhone case to dry and to take home. The time we spent doing the activity went by quickly and we had a lot of fun completing the project. I went back on Saturday to pickup our projects. The staff member asked me for a picture of our projects and she grabbed it for me. The projects look great. My large bunny was packed in such a beautiful carrying case. Overall, this was such a great activity to do with friends and a great date night activity. It is also very kid-friendly. I highly recommend and looking forward to doing other activities at TuTugether.

Three months later he calls me and said the patches were done. I did not get a mock up and he claims he lost my number and decided to do them all without my approval. Do not go here. He does poor work and does not listen to his customers. He made me pay in cash and when I told him they weren't acceptable, he would not give me my money back.
