Mr Dave Edmunds done a loft conversion for us about 8 years ago and it has leaked through our loft…read morebedroom/upstairs landing every time it rains,he has been back several times trying to cure the leaks with no success,then it just came to the situation where he would not answer my phone calls,so we have not seen him for the last 2 years and now we are left with a leaking roof with water running through the ceiling and ceiling lights. We got our insurance company to come and look at the problem,they came back with the fact it was bad workmanship and this building contractor should not be recommended leaving a client with such a serious problem. Mr Edmunds had more than £80,000 out of us with the work we had done on our home and none of it i would say is particularly professionally done,so no i would not recommend Dave Edmunds on his professionalism or attitude.
