Closing Time on Yelp says 7 pm. Wrong. Closing Time on the actual door entrance says 6 pm. If I could give Yelp a low grade, I would. But it looks like the store gets the low rating because they haven't notified Yelp. read more

First customer service - I came in this store saw the clerk speaking to a customer (didn't acknowledge me) walked the entire store and left with no comment whatsoever. I get if you are speaking with someone, but when I walk by you ask if I need any help or something. Say hello, anything. Second- selection, this was nice to an extent. Lots of accessories and tac gear but the Firearm selection was pretty basic in my opinion. I did like that they carried optics and such but overall it wasn't a very wide selection of Firearms. No offense but I can do better. Customer service needs some work in my opinion. read more

Great store if you're in need for police related gear but they no longer have any firearms. So if you're like me and stop on to look at guns you'll be disappointed, but the rest of the store makes up for it. read more

I came in to check out the store for the first time and buy an ALICE pack shoulder strap system. They have a great inventory of 5.11 stuff and a pretty good selection of both used and new firearms, with competitive pricing (also LE/Military/first responder discount). Alice, the owner, immediately gave me a tour of the store and upon realizing that the item I was looking for was not in stock, was able to order it from one of their suppliers. Chris, they gentlemen behind the gun counter, was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to answer a lot of questions about transporting firearms to and from Fort Knox. Overall had a great experience, and walked out with a 5.11 back pack that was well priced. I'd definitely recommend stopping here if you're spending some time in or around Fort Knox. They also offer shooting and Kentucky concealed weapons classes. read more

If you're in law enforcement or just a gun enthusiast this place has what you're looking for. A very nice selection of firearms that change quite frequently. T Box has several upgrade parts for your AR. Sights, quad rails, charging arms, opticals, slings, extra mags. They have what you need. For law enforcement they have several items for patrol needs. Belt, cuff case, mag pouch, asp carrier and all the tools to go with them. They also have a great uniform selection and dress most any department around. They are several patches for surrounding departments. Tactical gear that will outfit any special operations group. They have a wide array of camping gear as well. Socks, toboggans, baklavas and lots of other cold gear options. The owner and employees are super friendly and knowledgeable about their products. It's a bit of a drive for most Louisville residents but worth it. read more
