It's a small class of about 13 kids. The instructor is very high energy, like she was not only in plays in school, but also a cheerleader. The teacher would set up a story and then show the kids how to use their body language and voices in that stories setting. She kept it very fun, lighthearted, and entertaining for everyone. For example she would say something like; how do you react if you walked in the kitchen and saw the pet dog had made a mess with the trash which is now all over the floor. And they would reply back some like like, "Oh no!" And the teach would have them verbally say it very loud, and use their hands, arms, and body movement to also express that type of emotion from the kids. I think the classes are about 3 times per week, and about 1 hour each session, and they are held normally about 4pm or 5pm. The teacher also has another adult assistant there to help the kids learn the art of acting. The teacher also has the parents get involved and assist their kids was needed. So the whole family has a fun, silly time learning drama. Part of the class the parents are not needed, so most of them go next door to the bar and eat some snacks or get a drink while they're waiting on the class to end. This seems like a very nice class for young kids to take.

We chose this swim school because the classes are held indoors and they offer private lessons…read more Unlike other schools, the swim instructors work with your child. As a parent or guardian you are not required to be in the water. This is quite helpful when you have multiple children. They also have a small play area and seating. My son started with the 10 class package with Ms. Molly and he absolutely adores her. She is patient and kind. The owners are fab as well. We really enjoy watching our son during his lessons. He becomes a stronger swimmer with each class and this is why we continue to take lessons. If it's your first time visiting their new location, they're tucked away in the back. It can be a little confusing because it's an industrial area but I found them because I happened to see their logo. If you're looking for swim lessons, I highly recommend this school!

I am going to be in litigation with this cheer studio over what they allowed to happen to my daughter. They create an environment of excluding girls from activities that they think aren't good enough or rich enough. My daughter was bullied into an injury....and she was hurt by the daughter of the team mom....the same team mom cheer express supported when she had a Barbie party and invited half the girls on the team and left the other half off. ....including my daughter. The same mom who put to me in writing that she would make sure my daughter was excluded from everything in the future. I offered to show all the screenshots to the ownership, who refused to even look at them...so it's no surprise the daughter started injuring and bullying my daughter. This place is very supportive of the team moms...they have no idea what it means to be inclusive...so the owners FULLY support this behavior!!!My daughter had serious injuries and since this is going to court...I can't share them here...but I may share the video of my daughter in a breakdown from the bullying and dropping on purpose. I am going to create another review of the text communication between myself and the team mom who had my daughter excluded on purpose....this was you can see for yourself. I'll put another review up for that. And if you quit early, all the stuff you purchased/bought is stolen...never given back. Honestly, it's just this place...we came from top dog and had nothing but positive experiences, no bullying, no uppity and snobby parents...it was all positive at top dog and they won all the time too!!! If you care about your child and their mental health....DO NOT SEND THEM HERE!. I had the same review up on google, but they took it down....

We had 15 professionals in my group -- all of varying backgrounds and levels of experience in mediation. The trainers were all very helpful in answering questions and making sure we knew and understood the information. The materials were amazing -- and I am sure I will continue to look at those materials throughout my observations and into my mediation practice. Dr. Firestone was our main trainer and was great! He definitely is an expert in the mediation field and wants everyone to succeed as mediators. You can tell this by his delivery of the materials and his wanting to answer questions to make sure everyone understood. We gained a lot of knowledge in 5 days of training and we had some grins, laughs and smiles along the way!

I take adult ballet here 1-2 times a week and Barbara is a phenomenal teacher. She goes slow enough for true beginners to pick it up, but still makes it challenging for those of us who have been at it for a while. The advanced class is definitely not for the faint of heart. It's called intermediate/advanced, but it definitely leans more advanced. The beginner class is good for everyone- first timers to advanced. She pushes her more advanced students to take it a little further or really perfect their placement or posture, so even advanced dancers likely won't get bored. If you're interested in taking ballet classes as a first timer, someone who has been out of practice, or someone who never stopped, give ABS a shot! I can't recommend them more highly!
