She instructed me to text a Google Maps pin of my location and said they'd get to me as soon as possible. She added that if they didn't arrive, I should call back. Sounds straightforward, right? WRONG. Fast forward to 2:00 PM--six hours later--I call back, only to be met with the rudest, most unprofessional excuse for customer service I've ever encountered. The woman I spoke with was outright hostile, clearly had no idea who I was, and seemed annoyed that I dared call. After explaining my situation, she smugly informed me, "I'm only doing semis today," as though I should've been psychic and known this. When I asked who I'd spoken to earlier--someone who apparently gave me completely false information--she dismissed me with a snide, "Whatever dude, call somewhere else," and hung up on me. This company is a joke. Not only did they waste half my day with false promises, but their staff is rude, uncoordinated, and blatantly unprofessional. If you want to experience frustration, condescension, and the worst customer service imaginable, give them a call. Otherwise, save yourself the headache and call literally anyone else.

During check-in, the technician struggled to open the coolant cap, and I saw the internal spring fly off. Despite that, he proceeded to refill and close it. Another technician then attempted the oil change but could not remove the existing oil filter. Even though they brought out a new filter, they did not replace it and told me it "wasn't dirty," which is unacceptable for a basic oil change service. The very next morning, my daughter was driving when the car displayed a warning: engine overheating -- stop immediately. We had to pull over and then carefully drive back to the same location. The manager acknowledged that the coolant cap was broken and said they would fix it, but the issue was not resolved. We then took the vehicle to an Audi dealership, where they confirmed the coolant cap was broken and not properly tightened. This caused a loss of pressure, coolant overflow, and damage to other components. We are now facing a repair bill of $1,311.88 for the coolant tank and related parts. What has been even more disappointing is the complete lack of accountability and follow-up from Valvoline. I filed a claim through their customer service line and was promised a callback by March 23rd. Since then, we have called multiple times on March 23rd, 24th, and 25th, and each time we were promised a callback at a specific time. The area manager has not called us back even once. We even had the Audi service manager personally call Valvoline to explain the situation and confirm the cause of damage, yet we are still being ignored. Meanwhile, we have been without a car for several days, with no resolution, no communication, and no accountability. This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable from a company of this scale. I specifically called ahead to confirm they could service an Audi Q5 and was assured they had experience -- clearly that was not the case. At this point, I am requesting immediate contact from the Valvoline area manager or higher-level corporate representative to resolve this claim and reimburse the damages caused. I strongly advise others to think twice before trusting this location with their vehicle. "Claim number available. Requesting immediate escalation to regional management."
