Let's face it..... we all hate unexpected expenses. T&J really came through for me!!! My washer broke down on a Sunday evening and called this business up and there was an actual person who answered. If you live in the Mcallen area they are available 24hrs. Based on my residence, they were able to service my washer within a day and that was a delay due to my work schedule otherwise it would have been shorter. Within a day after making arrangements, I had a replacement Maytag washer set and ready to go due to my diagnosis of my broken down washer. I would definitely recommend this business.
