We had a tenant move out of our house that left a bunch of junk in the back yard. Got a couple of quotes through Yelp. Lots of delayed responses and most wanted to check the place out on their own to make sure of the scope of the work. Blad was able to quote based on videos, but did give himself an out in case my video really did not show what really needed to be done. Initial quote was close to half of what the other guys wanted. At the end, it ended up being a little more, but I never felt like he was trying to screw me over or pad the bill. Communication during the process was exceptional. He sent pictures and videos of what he had done, kept you aware of the costs, and what was left. Left it completely up to me to stop at any time. This is exactly what I would want in this line of work.

She didn't need my help, but I wanted to help because that's just me. I will definitely be utilizing her services again in the future because the price you can't beat for the great service received!! I am disappointed because I trusted that the job would be completed as promised. I would still welcome the opportunity to resolve this matter and have the work finished. My goal is simply to have the work completed that I paid for and to bring this matter to a satisfactory conclusion.

Matt and Gary took care of my move, and they were rockstars! They moved stuff out of my house and into a storage, and helped condense two storage units into one. The last part of this process involves Jamal and Joseph taking care of my "haul-away" items.
