The staff were absolutely amazing to me and they took the kitten off me to put it to sleep. I cannot praise this clinic and their staff enough. The Vets are also very nice, and very gentle etc with your animals. Their prices are pretty much average and what you would expect to pay at any vets you visited. They also offer a puppy scheme at £9.99 a month which overs all injections, micro-chipping & worm/flea treatment for the first year. This can then be carried on at a monthly payment ranging from £9.99-£12.99 dependant on size of the dog/cat. This plan also gives 20% off other treatments such as medication and neutering operations. Also an additional 5% discount for emergency services, NHS or military. They have 4 other practices around the Bury & Bolton area.

I gave it a try for the very first time, but after my experience, I do not trust the vet and receptionists. This is not a place where I want my dog to be examined, and I don't even want to go into details about what exactly happened (I don't want to get angry again)...I can only say: find another vet. Just a little glimpse (not the whole point of view): They were not able to take blood from my dog - he felt completely unwell at that practice (he's almost 12 years old and does not behave like that normally...)....but he felt the vibes...(animals have amazing instincts!)...I had to help them to take the blood and give instructions on what to do and motivate them to push through to finally get the blood (after putting already 3 times the needle inside my dog...and how to push the vein...I could not believe it! My fiancé witnessed everything...) Let's not talk about the communication before the appointment, the miscommunication when it came to the overpriced bill, the non-knowledge about Shiba Inu behaviour, and the discrimination I felt! I received the lab result (thank you for that) and definitely will find another practice. I'm also aware that this review can be removed, and the practice could comment in a defensive way (so the responsibility is taken away, instead of accepting the feedback and growing, and simply apologising.) And I am also aware that I cannot comment on the comment the practice will add to this review. I do not care anymore...I just want to share this review for the love of other pets...and maybe the practice can grow and learn. God bless

I rang up for some information about booking in my now almost not a kitten to be spayed. Yes, unfortunate I know. This being my first kitten (and definitely not my last) my knowledge on this area was a little vague and I wanted to know more. I have plenty of friends and family who had explained it but I wanted it from the horse's mouth (pun definitely intended!). So! The friendly nurse receptionist listened to my request for more information carefully and gave a very thorough response. She told me everything I needed to know and told me it would be best to bring in the kitten for a check up (free) to see if she was old enough and ready for the operation. I brought Eli along to the surgery and she was very well behaved around the 3 huge dogs who just wanted to play! When were called in to see the vet, she was very friendly, lovely attitude and ever so careful with Eli. She gave her a thorough check and made sure to give me details about the best time to book her in. I booked Eli in for the operation and they gave me a leaflet of information to explain everything that would happen. I left feeling very happy with my experience and confident about the procedure. Eli seemed very happy too :)

One of the partners, Alec Jackson who saw her, was very professional and respectful. He explained everything that was going to happen. Highly recommend this practice.
