Do yourself a favor and don't use Mr.Barak services. He will fail and misrepresent you just so…read moreyou'll need to keep using his services. He takes advantage of elderly people who does not speak English well. I personally know 2 people who failed the immigration interview he was present at and almost failed my dad as well.. in all 3 cases he insisted to be presented in the interview..so he can get more money of course. I didn't allow him to join me and my dad for his interview and I am thanking god for it. Alex was not happy about it at all and said that if he won't come to the interview he will not work for us anymore and I gladly told him he's fired. Trying to use poor manipulation technics. I am very glad I didn't allow him to join the interview Cause in additional to his bad attitude he completed the paperwork all wrong and even the interviewer was in shock about some of the mistakes he has done and said that some lawyers should be suspended for the poor work they do. I am sure that if he was there he would lead the conversation ( my dad does not speak good English) and will cause my father to fail or have to go through additional process. Since I was there I was able to clarify the mistakes on the spot along with my dad and the nice interviewer agreed to adjust the papers manually. Going with this guy is a bad decision!

During those consultations, many emphasized how complex and challenging my case would be, often pointing out the low likelihood of achieving a favorable outcome. Several even declined to take our case for that reason. Ultimately, a well-respected attorney referred me to Mr. Shane stating if anyone could handle the case it would be him. During our consultation, he was both understanding and realistic. He didn't make promises about the outcome, but he was willing to take on the work load and fight for us. I truly felt that he had confidence in his abilities and that, if anyone could achieve a positive result, it would be him. He made everything we were going through feel more manageable and clearly outlined how he would approach and argue the case. Ultimately, he secured the most favorable outcome we could have hoped for, which was an incredible relief given that we were facing the very worst. For context my Father had a deportation order and Mr. Shane was able to have it dropped and his green card renewed. Allowing him to stay in the US its a bit more complex when getting into detail however its behind us thanks to this law firm. The best decision you can make for yourself and your family is to hire the best representative Shane & Shane. Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart.

TLDR: Dr. Bell is an amazing lawyer, one who actually cares about your case, is personable, and…read moremore than anything, doesn't look at you as a dollar sign. He will actually sit with you and speak to you on the phone personally. I called multiple lawyers in the area trying to get an idea of cost and outlook for my situation. Dr. Bell was the only one who actually took the time to call me himself, other lawyers couldn't even be bothered to speak to me without charging for a consultation. After speaking to Dr. Bell regarding my case, we set an appointment for me to come in to go into everything with more detail and what the case process would look like and what the cost to retain him for his services will be. The consultation was free of charge, and he took his time to read over everything and understand my situation. From our phone conversation I was walking into his office already with a mentality of retaining him as my lawyer.  Throughout my whole process I worked with his paralegals Violet, and Lis who were extremely courteous, helpful, caring, and also took their time to go over all the steps of my case throughout the period of a year before my interview date. They were all always available for phone calls, and when they had to take messages, they'd call back the same day.  At the USCIS office I saw lawyers who were meeting their clients for the first time minutes before an interview, and I felt lucky to have Dr. Bell sitting by my side, already knowing everything about my case, and not having to run through facts or details with him. All the officers at the USCIS office knew him by name, and smiled when they saw him. When I saw that it immediately put me in relief knowing that I was in good hands.  I can't say enough good things Dr. Bell and his staff, I'm completely taken back, and had a positive outcome to my situation. Even if I didn't have a positive outcome, Dr. Bell had already gone over all the next steps if we needed to take that route, and was ready to be by my side through it all. Thankfully, everything worked out perfectly, and I felt confident having Dr. Bell on my side. Thank you all so much, from the bottom of my heart. It took my family decades of sacrifices, and only a few people know what I had to go through to get here.
