The staff there is TERRIFIC! Paul Remick is a caring individual and very personable. He was very patient and kind as I conveyed actually what I wanted--always paying attention to detail. His assistance and guidance was most beneficial and there was a lot to consider. I did not want anyone making decisions for me and his expertise gave me Peace-Of-Mind----as I wanted to make my final wishes known, Jeff, Jack and all of the gentlemen there are one of a kind. It's rare to see reviews of funeral homes. Maybe their customers are grieving too much to write…read morereviews. Whatever. I'm happy with them and I thought I'd write it down. My mother died in October 2023. Lucas & Eaton Funeral Home took care of everything. They were perfect: easy to deal with, kind, gentle, competent, flexible, and all that. They weren't even expensive. They hosted the memorial service for my mother in their facility, and it went just the way people wanted. I doubt that anyone is going to do comparison shopping of funeral homes at the time that they need one, but if you did compare, I know you'd end up with these folks.

My wife & I were at Farrell's this week. Very run down looking on the outside. Tiny sign, hard to…read moresee at night, very hard parking. There were some "Funeral Parking" signs on the street but there were old & broken looking. No one met us at the door & we had to stumble our way around to find out what room to go to. Very dated looking inside, nothing seemed to match and smelly too. I never saw any of the staff. Very depressing and dim. I would never normally write a review on a funeral home except we had been to a funeral in Tewksbury, MA this past week that was so different... Here we were met at the door on an immaculate facility and treated with compassion and respect.
