If I could give him zero stars I would! He was terrible. Our truck was stolen and not even one time…read moredid he say I'm sorry. Would never return phone calls always told us to call the office and he was never in. Told us at one point to drop stuff off with his assistant because she handles all that stuff and she would get everything into the computer system so we came by the office with all the paperwork and the "assistant" was his secretary at the front desk who had no idea what she was supposed to do so she took copies and of course they aren't on file because our claim representative told us theres nothing on file.. 5 months later we finally got the payout and a notice saying we were dropped (which we kind of expected would happen) but now I can't get ahold of him to see when the reimbursement for overpaid insurance for the truck and our homeowners insurance will be returned.. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS GUY!
