My thought being I would find someoen in Florida that coupel enscribe them. I wasn't thinking about the weird non-round or square shape and how that might be toiugh to engrave. But luckily with some searching on line I thought I found a guy. He was on Yelp, Crown Graving, so that felt like a good sign. But the business address was residential when Ilooked it up, so felt a little off. I'm so glad I didn't read reviews, some seem misplaced, or that I jusdge the business address. I reached out and Oriya the owner answered immediately I explained my project, and that I couldnt stop by till after hours. He was fine wit that. I showed up in the early evening and he was great about it. He assured me he could get it done right and fast. I didn't need it quick, but 2 days later, all done. All looked great. I'm not sure the next project I will have that will fit his skills, but I will be ready to go to him when it does come up.

He was professional and was able to complete everything faster than any other place that I had called - probably took about 15 - 20 minutes. His home office was pretty impressive and I was able to watch him resize it on a big screen tv. I'm confident he's a master of his trade and definitely recommend him.

There are a bunch of vendors all under one roof. I was able to speak to a few places that made offers and picked the place that made the best offer for each item. High end watches are in demand, are highly competitive... it pays to look around if you want to buy or sell... there's a few good spots here. For gold jewelry, typically all they really care about is the karat type 14k, 18k, 24k etc. and the weight. They give you an offer on the spot and will pay you cash. I found the price varied somewhat so best to go to 2 or 3 spots. You get the hang of it quickly. I found the people I met here to be very nice and were respectful... not pushy. I saw people mostly buying items... jewelry, esp. diamonds. I believe there's also 2 other locations... Boynton and Aventura.

I sent them detailed information…read morerequesting a quote for a very large amount of work that the company I work for was looking to have done. My contact with the company was Christine Gostisbehere. After a few questions and what i thought was clarification from my end, I received an email response from Christine that seemed a bit short and rude, however i took it with a grain of salt because sometimes things come across differently via digital communications. So to clarify what specifications they were needing I called and asked for Christine, was polite and pleasant (or so i thought) and after stating very politely that I had already sent her color specs on our logo (pantone color specs) as well as some other documentation she abruptly said "We're not interested in doing business with you if you're going to have an attitude" and hung up on me. I was left shocked and appalled that anyone would even speak a potential customer like that especially considering I was polite and simply trying to get clarification on the specifications she said they needed and get them the proper info. My advice to anyone looking to do business with this company is : SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND HEADACHE AND JUST KEEP LOOKING I suppose it was better to find out how the company is up front before you hire them.
