I immediately called and spoke to someone around 4:35pm EST. Gave them a new cc and let them know around 2 am I got a charge from that cc that I didn't authorize, and when I contacted the credit card account immediately at 2am today, they had to cancel the card. today was the 29th and I wasn't due to be charged for the monthly tutoring again until the 11th. I was called back a little before 5pm and spoke to Kimberly, who told me they were requesting to reinstate his account but the manager said no initially because varsity tutors claim I said the varsity tutors charge was fraudulent and varsity tutors couldn't reinstate the account if I said varsity tutors had a fraudulent charge. That never happened. The account had been closed for 14 hours already by the time varsity tutors tried to charge my card. I sent an email confirming this to this account already with that time stamp. I told Kimberly I would contact Chase to see what they could email me. I contacted Chase, and they said they couldn't email me anything, so I three way called with Chase (they recorded this also) and varsity tutors (who also recorded the call) and told both sides they were also speaking to each other with my permission and to ask anything they needed to in order to ensure my son was taken care of. I spoke with Ebony - who originally tried reinstate him at a charge of $600 something for 4 hours, not my $479 I've been charged for months for 8 hours. She finally got me taken care of- so my son now has Memebership again, or so I thought. iwhy was my card being charged on March 29 when my billing cycle isn't until April 11? - I did NOT TELL CHASE YOUR CHARGE WAS FRAUDULENT- however, isnt this actually an unauthorized charge 13 to 14 days prior to a necessary charge monthly due date of April 11 - so AN ACTUAL FRAUDULENT CHARGE without authorization? What is happening? Ebony said she'd look into this and get back to me within 24 hours so by . We hung up at 5:47pm on Saturday. On Sunday I found out all his upcoming tutoring sessions were cancelled. I have called repeated to get this dealt with. I went to Chase directly trying to deal with this- I did NOT claim your charge was fraudulent, but they can only send something in the mail to me not an email. I told varsity tutors I will forward that to you when I receive it in 7-10 days. HOWEVER YOU ALREADY CHARGED ME $479 again...but now are claiming he doesn't have a membership? Seriously what do you want from me to prove this? Just got off the phone with you and you said even though Chase will contact you directly in 24 to 48 hours to confirm it wasn't me- you still won't be able to reinstate his account. I have no words. You clearly do not care about children. This wasn't my fault and I've done everything on my end to prove I did NOTHING to cause this. I now waiting on my $479 charge to be reinstated to my account. I will forward you the letter when I receive it. I look forward to your response.

It has been wonderful! Both my kids enjoy it which makes it so much easier. They have both had wonderful tutors in several subjects. If any concerns arise customer service is so easy to contact and always so kind and helpful in resolving matters quickly! I highly recommend the program.

She was extremely anxious about tests, wasn't understanding what they were covering in class, and had gotten an F on a test. Once that happened, I knew we needed to get some help. In just 2 months of once a week sessions with Kelly, she's come such a long way. She feels more confident, doesn't suffer from as much test anxiety, and she got an A on her last test before finals and a B on her semester final! Kelly is so good at breaking down complex problems and explaining things in a way that make sense. My daughter always says the hour goes by quickly because she's actually enjoying math. That's money well spent right there! And she also has the cutest dog who is sometimes there as well. If your child is struggling in any class, I highly recommend Kelly. I know they do tutoring for many different subjects, plus SAT and ACT prep.

She expects the children to excel, and she helps give them the confidence to rise to the occasion. All of the teachers are quick to identify student's strengths and areas for growth and have consistently communicated his learning plan to us via daily notes and parent teacher conferences. My son was recognizing his letters when he first started Kindergarten, and is now able to read level one chapter books at the end of the year. His verbal and written communication have improved exponentially as well, and despite his naturally shy demeanor, he is now confidently reciting poetry in front of classmates and parents. The curriculum is top notch as well and we love the diversity of subjects that the school teaches. The school staff is also fabulous. Miss Erica in the front office is always there to help with anything the parents or children need during the day. I always felt confident sending my child to school each day. And finally the price, IMO, is quite affordable. I think nearly all of the staff hold B.S. degrees and many have earned master's. Behind the Montessori approach are AMAZING teachers at MMIA. They have been with MMIA for decades and have a system that works! They understand children and Montessori. Not one other program/school we visited had the tenure that MMIA has and that is important to a child's stability and the programs consistency and success. If it is not obvious, I could go on and on about the benefits of enrolling at MMIA. While it's not the "flashiest" school we have visited, I would recommend it time and time again because it really is the best foundation you could give your child.

They are very flexible in what specific days you need M-F. You pack their own lunches and snacks. They have a cute playground that is perfect size for toddlers. You communicate with their team through an app and they send cute pictures throughout the day and let us know any important info. There's special events on different holidays where parents can watch them do Halloween parades and Christmas performances. She learned SO much here and their program is educational and extremely beneficial for littles. My daughter is now ultra-ready for kindergarten by spending 2 years here, and she made so many friends. We felt very safe having our daughter here. I will recommend this preschool to everyone!
