In the contact form, I wrote to her about how excited I was for this specific milestone in my life and how I would love for her to photograph it since I've followed her for SO long. She even seemed excited in the text she initiated, so I know I didn't say something wrong. At first I figured she was busy, but then I never received anything noting that she would get back to me at a later time, etc. She does such beautiful work, but I am so disappointed in the way I was treated. They tell it like it is in a very tactful and get-down-to-business way. When you're up against the clock, and you don't have a lot of time to be indecisive .. they can help you make sound decisions, as they are experts at their craft. Our hotel venue could not let us know where we could have a moment for the first look, but they scouted out the best spot right away. -great communication. Most of our wedding guests complimented how nice they were and how efficient and quick they were. -on my wedding day there were countless moments of stress that I could never in a million years foresee (I tried to plan for things so it'd be smooth sailing day-of) and they were like so nice to me when I felt my head was going to explode with anxiety. One of my favorite moments of the day they probably don't remember, but it was when Kasie and I were in the elevator before the first look and she was just so empathetic and kind to listen to me vent about how I felt in over my head with having such a big bridal party (who were a hand full to say in the least!) .. and also Patrick helping me put on my high heel shoes again when I took them off since they were killing my feet. 1000% would seek their services again if I'm in the area again to visit, or in town for a family reunion. Our photographer recommended Patrick to us and from the very beginning, it was a blast. He worked with us to create a package based on our needs and was very friendly (and funny) from the get-go. When the big day came, we couldn't have asked for anyone better. It was wonderful that he already had a working relationship and rapport with our photographer (Alyssa Flores) so they were a great team already. He and Adam (the second shooter he brought along) seamlessly blended in and managed to capture our special day in such a beautiful and authentic way. And continued to make us laugh all throughout the day too; which is very important and true to us. :) Not to mention, he already had a preview video reel compiled by the end of the day (and was showing me little sneak previews throughout the day too). He then had our full video footage ready to go just days later; it was so exciting to be able to see everything so quickly.
