This clearly shows the lack of Integrity for this company and the potential for future problems with them in dealing with purchases. They are not worth the risk I will take my business elsewhere.

Aso, she gave us tools/training on how to input updated content ourselves/keep our site fresh (in Google's eyes). I was really surprised they could get it back to me so quickly. They even took pictures of the coffee on the motherboard, under the keyboard...it was really gross! I felt bad for having them clean up my mess, but it was certainly easier, faster and more economical to fix what I already had.

Thousands of photos of her mother (RIP) her family, the grandkids. Best Buy Geek Squad looked at it and said nope, nadda , zip..it's dead. Hard drive crashed and is trash.. Can't recover anything. My wife was inconsolable. I didn't 100% trust the opinion of the Best Buy technicians so with hopes of a save I brought the laptop home with me to Illinois. I went to some guys I trust. WavTek Computer service in Crystal Lake. They have very sophisticated equipment to diagnose and retrieve data. Long story short, they recovered everything. They saved everything to a external drive. She has her photos again. To say my wife was ecstatic is an understatement. Emotional tears of joy. Understand they are not a retail store, they are service and network professionals. WavTek saved the day and I highly recommend them.
