I've had issues with this billing company crediting my payments to the correct statements…read more The last statement I paid (lets say for example) date of service (DOS) was for 01/25/2021. The billing company didn't apply the payment for that DOS but to a different DOS without my knowledge. The problem with this is that how can a patient be able to keep there're own accounting if the company applies payments for different DOS's then the ones I was billed for? I contacted there billing office number and the people are very nice but they couldn't assist me with this issue because they say the computer assigns the payment automatically. When I asked for the corporate information (number or address) I was informed they are not allowed to provide that information to patients. I've been attempting to research this company by the name "Physource Solutions" but that just leads to dead ends. Does anyone know anything else about this company that can help?
