Walked in the shop to buy a couple of leather cases for my iPhone 12 Pro Max but there were about 3 people ahead of me. Thought that with 4 people working in the store it would not take long... my mistake! Waited my turn patiently. The young lady finally came to help me. After only 10 seconds with me she told me she had to help her colleague that was helping another customer. I said it was okay, not imagining it would take more than a couple of minutes. The couple of minutes became more than 10 minutes, during which nobody even glanced at me. This is an example of how pathetic customer service is in Hasselt and in Belgium in general. Not even a polite glance nor brief apology for the inconvenience. This reflects well the lack of professionalism in this middle of nowhere shithole store. Pathetic, rude and unprofessional attitude of middle of nowhere store employees. Be glad you don't work in the US, you'd get fired so easily. I'll buy my stuff online, where I have much more diversity of products and easiness in getting what I want without having to put up with this crap. read more
