She told me that I could just contour the front bottom of my belly to help it flatten abs a little of my sides to give it shape. She told me that results are different for everyone per each individuals body, which is true. It's like hair removal, everyone's hair is different with different results. The more sessions the better the results obviously. This was also just to help me with a push start on exercising and eating healthy to maintain What she helped me flatten!! My sister went to her first with the mini belle package before she went to Hawaii too!! I could definitely tell my sisters belly was flatter and she has more curve on her side handles she had.
