History
Established in 2010.
Sweet Lee's Rustic Bakery was established in early 2010 in Saint Henri, Montreal by siblings Liana & Greg Lessard. Not long afterwards, their mother Claudia Settels, joined the team to share their passion and love for food with the public.
Together the company has grown, supplying and wholesaling to several quality establishments on a daily basis around the island of Montreal. Other services include catering for small to large companies and gatherings as well as special events. From 2011 to 2013, the bakery was situated at 291 Beaudoin, St. Henri. In order to offer the vast variety of products in a warm environment and provide a better experience for our loyal customers, SLRB made the strategic move to Verdun, 4150 Wellington Verdun H4G 1V7.
Now we are able to showcase and serve our products in the manner we had dreamt about.

Meet the Business Owner: Liana L.
Lee was born a chef. While toddlers were out in the sandbox and girls were playing with dolls, Lee was planning the interior to her restaurant that she would own one day. Her mom fondly recalls all the time that she spent in the kitchen, creating new recipes, and her passion for food. A devoted epicurean, she got her first job at a farm, and developed her hands-on knowledge about grown food (both vegetation and animals), from there, she excelled in the restaurant industry in various kitchen duties as well as a Chocolatier. A notable graduate from St-Pius X Culinary Institute, she catapulted herself to the Head Chef position at the age of 19. Sweet Lee's Rustic Bakery is the dream she's pursued since her early formative years, and you can recognize her passion and artful skills in every bite of her handmade product lines.
