We came for ice cream at 9pm. There wasn't a wait (it was raining) I sampled one before buying. I got the orange cream with raspberry and let me tell you- amazing! It was the flinstones push pop of my childhood! It brought back waves of nostalgia. There were tables to sit inside and a cute selfie wall. Fudge, candy, t shirts, etc for purchase. The shirts were really cute and only $5 but very limited sizing. I would have gotten one if it was my size. I recommend this place for ice cream in this area. read more

Pleasantly exceeded expectations in few ways. Was 9:45pm on a Wednesday night July 2nd. Couldn't get seated a nearby bar / restaurant for dinning at 9:35pm. So walked over to SWEAT ISLAND and pleased they offer hamburger and fries in addition to their ice creams / shakes. Ordered 2 CLASSIC BURGER combos and got larger burger than expected. We could have shared one and been satisfied. Beef patty quality was good. Hit the spot. Root beer float was perfection and girlfriend's chocolate shake looked pretty and was a solid dose of goodness. Shoestring fries were way too salted for us but good texture. Place was jammed with folks enjoying the beach atmosphere and ice cream offerings mostly. Lots of happy faces / satisfied customers. Few tables inside but AC was on the colder side so decided to eat outside. The picknick tables looked sticky so we ate at smaller metal table. Lots of activity outside with families and kids. Good experience. Would recommend some sort of covers over the outdoors tables or tables with some other material besides wood for ease / efficiency of wiping cleaning. Anyways it is all fun. And happy to satisfy our appetites. read more

They had several yummy flavors of ice cream that they will let u taste- don't take it for granite because a place down the street said we couldn't taste flavors. The cone was fresh and the icecream was creammmmy goodness. The store was clean and service was fast. I can't always find Superman - but it was in the house! I got cookies and cream and peanut butter cup in a waffle cone. It was great. Service was fast. My family member got banana split Sunday and they really liked it. There is a gift shop area along side the seating area. I would recommend this place if you want a good variety of ice cream. read more

Ice cream was Hersheys it was good, size to price ratio was off. Staff was great and quick.

Good presentation I just wish the fries came with some kind of salt or seasoned option. But great fresh fries and perfect color!!! I was soooo tired from the beach so I didn't even get the chance to go in, just pretty much ate it in the car. Will be back soon for a full review!! read more

Small-ish selection for a beach community ice cream parlor but the people more than made up for the not expansive selection. These folks were nice enough to take care of us and 8 other individuals who came in 3 minutes before closing and at least 18 more people who entered up to 15 minutes after closing. A solid employee makes up for a reduced selection in my view. Decent place. read more

This place was just okay.. We were desperate for ice cream and this was the first place that popped up during our search. Most of us got milkshakes which were just made from a soft serve machine that had a swirl of flavoring, leaving them pretty flavorless. The hot fudge sundae had real ice cream and was said to be good, though. The line was long on a Sunday night and it wrapped around outside of the store. The service was a little slow because there were only 2 people working. Overall there was nothing special and there are better options just down the road. read more

Solid Hersheys ice cream selection with seasonal offerings. Small parking lot in front but a nice outdoor tiki themed seating area. Inside has a few tables also. Staff wasn't wearing masks but did wear gloves (although took my cash with the gloves on). The small ice cream was a large portion. Good stop for a sweet treat. read more

Just came great ice cream and service! We got in the line with 2 groups in front of us and got served in less than 2 minutes! But, they don't handle allergies well with the hard serve. I ordered and mentioned my peanut allergy, (It's not that serious but when I got ice cream somewhere else it had something in it that might have been peanut butter so I always mention it,) They just said that it is all cross-contaminated so if you have a serious allergy don't come but if not I definitely recommend! read more

Very friendly staff, they have good ice cream, really good smoothies (my daughter's favorite was the piña colada). They also have a nice selection of souvenirs and a cute area for taking pictures for memories. read more

I can't testify to the food but kept passing this place and really wanted some ice cream. They advertise a soft serve cone for $1 so figured it wasn't going to be anything huge but didn't expect it to be watered down ice crystallized and grainy. I threw mine out and my bf threw the ice cream cone out to eat just the waffle cone. Super disappointing read more

My nephew and I came here for burgers and fries. We waited maybe 15 minutes for our food. It was fresh and made to order. I wasn't bothered by the wait but they offered us free ice cream for the inconvenience. The serving sizes were huge for the price. There were tons of fries and everything was hot and fresh. When we ordered ice cream, they gave us a hot fudge sundae and a cup of soft serve at no charge. Melia helped us. She was very busy but was extremely pleasant and helpful. The place I wanted to go was unexpectedly closed so we happened to chose this as our destination. My fault for not having a back up plan because I didn't look at reviews of this place. Terrible mistake. Food was out quickly. Staff were kind. Asked about their children's menu because there's one online along with many other things we didn't see in the store. We were told there wasn't one. So... Take Tyson chicken nuggets, flatten and elongate them...that's the chicken tenders. Yuck. Fries are basic crinkle cuts. Burger was mediocre but not the worst. The soft serve was AWFUL! I remember flavor burst from my childhood so I was excited to have it again. The raspberry and strawberry are the exact same (unless they messed up my order) and tasted like lipstick. My 6 year old said the cookies and cream was good. But she also ate a chicken tender so I'm not sure if I trust her judgment on flavor It's a cute little place and you can tell it was probably a gem at one point. Pandemic hit a lot of places really hard so I try to take that into consideration. Fact of the matter is, if you offered better quality food...you'd have more positive reviews and you'd get more business. read more

Me and some friends wanted to try this place out because there was a sign for $1.99 soft serve ice cream. Firstly, the ice cream was NOT $1.99. And it was TERRIBLE. Not to mention there was a line to get in. When we finally did get to the register, the man working behind the counter stared at us and made creepy comments. Very disappointed. Iced coffee was awful. My son had 5 dollars for a shirt and since they were advertised as being 2.99 he waited in line for a shirt. He was being overlooked so I stepped forward to help get the attention of one of the workers. He was charged 4.99 before tax so he did not have enough money. I pointed out that the sign says "T-shirts 2.99 for limited time" to which she replied the the-dye shirts aren't part of the promotion. I pointed out that the rack that says 2.99 is made up of mostly tye-dye shirts and the sign says nothing about tye-dye or not it just says tshirts. she replied that the not all the shirts on the 2.99 rack are 2.99. I gave her the additional money to get the shirt back from her and we left. Unfriendly staff, misleading signage, nasty coffee. Just take your business elsewhere. read more
