While driving back home we realize that one of the wig's was wrong , they gave /charge her for a nonhuman hair wig that was cheaper then the one she wanted ,we went right Back to exchange and pay the difference for the other wig that what we wanted ... the Korean man said yes we can , then turned around to the 3 young black girls and said who fault is this , you will pay ... I ask why , are you going to charge them for a wig that we never open and we are paying you more for the other/ original one we wanted... that is wrong they made more money and still have there original wig to resale ‍.... Plz never shop there again

They even have jewelry! They have enough workers to help you find what ever it is that you are looking for. Even though I don't live close to this store I travel all the way from Cape to come here because they have what I need and is looking for. The town I moved from in Virginia had this hair store that literally had everything and even though I can't find anything like that in Florida this place is close enough. It's hard for me to switch to a new hair store because I get comfortable with my old hair store and everything that they have to offer. I continue to walk along the aisles and I look over and I notice he is staring me down out of the corner of his eyes. Finally as I'm checking out they ask to see my ID to make sure that my credit card belonged to me. Interpret this as you may but I believe they assumed I would steal something or commit credit card fraud. This store is located in a low income neighborhood so I don't know if they have to be on guard because they encounter these things often but I didn't appreciate it. I pray for the day when no one will discriminate against others because of the color of their skin.

The staff is super friendly and they seem very passionate about what they do. I love that everything is natural, they make their soap daily and in house.
