They helped me understand the thickness and height of the turf and lay down few pieces to demonstrate. After we agreed on a turf type, the deposit was made, and date we schedule for install. The crew did a great job over the couple days it took for installation. One thing I will mention, is the way the turf is installed could matter to you because there is a lean of the blades of grass. The manufacturer recommends the lean facing the direction it will be seen the most. I believe this is subjective and you should decide by asking them to layout some large pieces. The finish project has helped transform my backyard and now looks amazing! For pool owners, the grass feels amazing on your feet! I said grass because dit looks and feels just like it!

I was so happy with the results that I had his team come back several times to add additional turf to our back yard! I had mole crickets appear after their completion that started eating the limestone base. SYNLawn came back, retreated for mole crickets and reinstalled everything at no charge. They didn't even charge for the pesticides they applied nor for any of the labor to redo it, even though the problem was not theirs to remedy.
