It's an adult community (no children or pets allowed), so it's usually pretty quiet. The staff is courteous and always a pleasure to talk to. They are very knowledgable of the local area, and are very willing to help you, should you ever need anything at all. The manager lives on-site, and is usually very easy to get in contact with. They offer room service once a week where they come in and clean, and change the towels and the linens. Each apartment has a bedroom, a bathroom, and a kitchen/ living area. Apartments are fully furnished- two TVs (one in the living area and on in the bedroom), a full-size fridge/ freezer, a stove/ oven, and a microwave. Should you need plates, glassware, and silverware, the staff will provide some for you. There is a laundry room on site with two washers and two dryers that are coin operated. $1 per wash and $1 per dry. The coin-operated laundry is really my only complaint, because I never seem to have quarters on me. It isn't the fanciest of places, but it has exactly what you need- whether that be for a night, a few days, or like in my case, a few months. And for an affordable price too! I would definitely stay here again.

The grounds are not maintained --- just drop by today and look at the property. Hallways are dirty with cigarette butts littering the steps, etc. Balconies are not maintained and residents are allowed to put trash, boxes, etc. on them. Appliances in the apartments, carpets, flooring, severely in need of repair. There has been a lot of turnover in the office as well since we've been here. I would advise to stay far away -- you won't regret it.

LE is aware of the homeless that have taken over this area and there response is the homeless are doing the best they can. All while several cars get broken in here. Gunshots within .1 miles every week. Stolen cars and property dumped here I'm assuming to hide until they can come back and get it. Property management refuses to do anything to keep tenants safe even after several people complaining over the years. No cameras, very little lighting on dark areas. Trash accumulates on all the stairs and halls and property management does nothing which invites more trash. New property management has taken over within the past few months. All they have done is raise the rent by $250. Also constantly wanna be thugs around here. No business being here except to sell drugs. You will not be safe in this area, let alone Sumter SC.
