There is no doubt that Magnus Nilsson has a restless creative mind. He also allows his staff to unleash their non Fäviken cooking skills into various pop ups that happen throughout the year? Like Swedish style hot dogs? Magnus has Korv Kiosk. Or maybe Singaporean or Japanese home cooking from his sous chefs? Or a breakfast house from his talented baker? All the above pass through the Svartklubb space and it's delicious. Recently we went hiking to catch Duved's famous waterfall in a partially frozen state and needed sustenance beforehand. So we hit up the daytime breakfast/lunch/bakery cafe for a good meal.
