First she helped us narrow our search by avoiding potential hazards like bad school districts and septic tanks (2 things that honestly didn't occur to us). Every time a new contender hit the market, Diane was right there making sure were were aware of it and ready to move fast to beat the competition. Once we found our dream home, she knew exactly what to do to secure it. We were up against an all cash offer but we learned that Diane knows exactly how to fight to get her client what they want and she did just that. We were given expert advise on just how much we should ask for and where to back off during negotiations. Never once were we blindsided by anything unexpected and in the end we felt a great sense peace knowing that we had someone protecting us who has the experience that we didn't. I would recommend Diane to anyone looking for a straight shooter that will go up to bat for you and knows all the ins and out. The only sad part is that we love our home so much we may never have the chance to work together again, but if that day comes, i know who we will be calling :)

From their initial presentation and the discussion of our goals, through some fairly complex renovations, and all the way to receiving multiple offers and strategizing about how to achieve the best result, they remained patient, enthusiastic, and willing to do whatever it took to understand our concerns and solve problems that arose. Even when things got tough, they kept their heads, and brought great experience and positive energy to the job. While they are wise to the business aspects, their investment is much more than just financial, and it's obvious that they care deeply about their clients. We'd left town by the time our home hit the market, which was stressful. But they were so responsive and thorough in their communication that we always felt reassured and a part of it all, despite the distance. Their good taste and attention to detail showed in everything from remodeling and staging advice to the open houses. A special shout-out goes to their staging partner, Natasha Kassyutina, who really connected with us aesthetically and understood the spirit of our home, and did beautiful work alongside Laura and Eileen to present its best qualities to buyers. We're very grateful for the extraordinary effort and genuinely personal commitment Laura and Eileen gave to us and to the whole process, and we would highly recommend working with them.

Not only did she take the time to get to know us, she picked up on our needs and our priorities with incredible speed and sensitivity. Within hours she had provided us a list of available properties, each of which would have met our needs. Despite the inconveniences of COVID-19 she was able to get us in to see them within a day, and we were able close on a home that delighted us, at our price, within a week. And the experience could not have been more pressure-free, more effortless, and, frankly, more fun. Escrow went smoothly because Beth actively shepherded the process, double-checking the paperwork and working with the sellers and escrow company to make sure our interests were completely looked after. But there is more to Beth than process or speed. Working with Beth is like working with your best friend. She is a champion, a counselor, a helper, and a concierge. By the time we were done, she made sure we knew the neighborhood, the best local service providers, the right painters and electricians to call, and even the best place to order pizza. And naturally, she is deeply knowledgeable not only of the fundamentals of real estate but of the nuances of every neighborhood and street - and it seems like every property - in the areas on which she focuses. In short, Beth Styne is the poster model for the National Association of Realtors, not a mere broker or salesperson, but a trusted advisor, counselor, and advocate focused on enabling our smooth transition into a new home, from search to perch. We will be looking for opportunities to work with Beth again, and to recommend her to friends, colleagues, and family. Trust me, you can do no better, anywhere.

They continually go above and beyond the call of duty to provide superlative service, and in a business where time is money, I don't know how they do it. They are constantly touring markets to stay ahead of trends, researching loan programs for their buyers, employing creative marketing strategies for their sellers, and using the latest technologies to give their clients the upper-hand. They both draw upon years of experience working across neighborhoods within the greater Los Angeles area, and while they're fierce advocates for their clients, their transactions are enjoyable because they maintain their easy-going attitudes. Another advantage with using this team is that they're hands-on, so when you work with Gary and Traci, you're actually getting Gary and Traci instead of an assistant who's less experienced. I have the highest regard for their professionalism and they are the only realtors in LA to whom I entrust referring my friends, family, and former clients.

We found a…read moreproperty on Westside Rentals that was listed by the two of them as the owners, yet they told us they were acting on behalf of the owner. They led us on a wild goose chase for our dream home, which they never had intentions of renting to us, yet led us to believe it was ours. We were the first to apply to the property, we contacted them numerous times to see if we could get in to the property before the scheduled showing, even offered to take the property before we saw it- we were THAT interested. We submitted our application right away and at one point were told they would attempt to get us in to see the place early, yet that never happened. Getting them on the phone was a chore, they have very poor communication. Finally they insisted we come to the open house the following weekend. We were the first ones there, and brought $1750 in cash, ready to put the deposit down. We fell in love with the place, it was perfect. We left feeling very confident, as Traci said, "We need to run the open house to 12:30 as it was advertised. Then we will run your credit, and be in contact for the next steps. You are #1 on the list." Our credit scores are excellent and our income well exceeds the rent, being #1 on the list and showing as much enthusiasm as we did, there was no reason to believe this was not a done deal. All we had to do was wait for the call back from Traci confirming the place was ours. She said it would be very quick, yet we had to call her the next day to check the status of our application. We celebrated with our friends. We celebrated with each other. As a newly engaged couple, our dreams were beginning to unfold- the place was perfect for us and our dog, after an exhausting search for a home, we thought it had finally come to an end as the place was truly perfect. We stopped our search and waited for the call. The call never came. We called Traci the following day, and she said the landlord decided to rent it to a friend. Just like that. Bottom line- they never had any intention of doing business with us. We were always a secondary choice and they never told us. They could have easily let us know we were 2nd in line. They did not do that. They completely wasted our time. Not only were the hopes and dreams of our starter home together crushed, we are now in a desperate situation to find a home.

As someone who has worked with and managed professionals in healthcare--physicians, QI analysts,…read moreetc--I'm used to working with really detail-oriented and demanding people. I have limited experience in real estate so naturally, I approached the home-buying process with skepticism and hesitancy. Amanda left a strong first impression on us with her vocabulary and detailed explanations to extremely specific home buying questions. Her background as a paralegal was invaluable in navigating contracts and protecting our interests while her background as a flight attendant was very obvious with her great people skills and friendly demeanor. She's affiliated with Homes for Heroes and comes from a family of first responders, which reinforced our trust in her ethics and commitment. Throughout our home search, Amanda helped us submit multiple offers and personally walked through many properties with us. She provided practical and honest feedback on what to focus on and what to avoid--backed by her own firsthand experience and always verified by quotes from trusted professionals in her network. She provided photos and concerns to her specialists while walking properties with us and wastes zero time getting back to us with quotes whether we were looking at pool systems, solar panels or roof issues. I think what impressed us most was her commitment. She coordinated inspections, vendors, and follow-ups on very short notice, pushing past the limit of what you would expect any realtor to do, just to meet our tight contingency deadlines. She's even called us from a hospital bed at one time. Amanda consistently stayed ahead of every detail and made sure we had a full understanding of the property condition before moving forward. We spoke with, researched and decided against many professionals during our home-buying process, but after meeting Amanda once, we never looked back. She remains calm under pressure, is highly responsive, and truly advocates for her clients. I've already begun recommending her to my colleagues. Honestly, I hope that if we ever sell our house, we won't be on the other side of the table from her--because as buyers, we had moments where we genuinely felt bad for the sellers. That's how thorough and vigilant she is in protecting her clients!

I can't say enough nice things and how grateful I am after my horrible experience with my first realtor to have crossed paths with Amanda. I will only ever use Amanda moving forward.
