Embarrassingly, I replied that they can drop by and provide me an estimate but the automatic text response was clearly a bot -- asking for my address persistently so that they can "look at their calendar and schedule me." So they are not really in the neighborhood and sound exactly like those "air duct cleaning" scams, coming from call centers in Pakistan. So I imagine the real company cannot control these spoof accounts and they are a major headache. So this is NOT a review of a real company but a review of a fake company spoofing them, to prevent more scams.
