Ordered Sushi Lunch Box: the Shake Maguro Bento, 50 zl. Delightful. Includes 6 Hosomaki, 6 Sashimi plus salad, and miso soup and green tea included at lunch One of the best meals I've had in Warsaw in one week, and certainly the best value. Other colleagues ordered the Origui and Bulgogi, also around 50 zl. Did not see a liquor license.

It was a bit loud,so we instead decided to go to Sakana which was fairly close to old town as well. The level of service and communication is excellent of employees in Sakana Sushi. Not only did they give us a super private room to sit at but also helped with the menu. In sitting areas, they also have a circular sushi bar with origami decorations around it. They don't have an English menu but the waiter explained all the sushi and sushi roll options. Plus if you really don't know what you want, the chef can create a roll based on the ingredients you want in your roll. I loved their can do attitude. The sushi was extremely fresh and the prefect amount for a quick bite to eat. ~

I am so glad that the first place didn't have any open tables as this place was awesome. As we experienced in other parts of Warsaw the menu was in Polish so our server was courteous enough to help us out. She said we could order any type of sushi we like and the chef will make it for us. We ended up ordering the sakana maki with shrimp tempura and the spicy tuna roll. Both turned out to be excellent and just like we experienced in Bucharest we came away impressed with sushi restaurants in Eastern Europe. 5 star sushi place right next to the old town. Usually we avoid tourists restaurants but this one is definitely an exception. Excellent sushi with great customer service.

*3.5 stars for Besuto*…read more I was in town for work and had enough Polish cuisine. I was craving sushi and Besuto had good reviews on yelp. I went on a weeknight for dinner and we got a sushi set that had salmon, tuna, crab rolls, baked salmon roll, tuna rolls and tamago. I also tried the baked scallops and unagi and rice dish. I think the sushi rice needed some vinegar and there was too much rice under the fish. The tastier items in the set were the tuna roll and crab rolls. The fish was fresh but I knew going into it that the sushi wasn't going to be like sushi in LA but it was fine. The baked scallops were served on a shrimp chip in sweet sauce but the sauce was way too sweet and made the chip soggy. The unagi and rice was fine but also on the sweeter side. The atmosphere was modern and sheek. I loved the cute paper lights and the service was excellent. Overall a decent place if you're craving something other than hearty Polish food.

Skip it. The sushi is bad and so is the service. The only thing that's decent are the prices.read more
