Chicken meatballs were great even though they weren't grilled in true yakitori style. They use Scottish salmon in the sushi which is plentiful around here and it is great. Medium fattiness but fresh and good! Avocado was fresh, miso soup was a nice side to complement the meal. They offer a regular shoyu, but also offer a sweet soy sauce, which is good, but not to my taste. Service was fast and excellent, exactly as I ordered. Will definitely be back here if I am ever back in France! The served glassware was dirty, and the staff didn't know whether to replace it or not. Ultimately if you have any experience with Japanese cuisine, avoid this place.
