I ordered a "Lunch box" with an 18 pieces combination of sushi and sashimi. The quality of the fish was good and the plate looked pretty, though the rice tasted very plain. It felt like a very ordinary sushi in a fancy package. There was no other fish than salmon included in neither the sushi nor the sashimi , which felt a bit boring. I have no idea why, since I saw other people having larger varieties of fish on their plates. For the price of 210 kr, it felt like they could have been a bit more generous. And then there was one more thing: they do not serve tap water. In a country with free clean water in our pipes (actually of higher quality than much bottled water), while other parts of the world are drying up, and while pollution from our industries and waste is a major problem - there's nothing fancy about only serving bottled water, it's only ridiculous. Sorry Jonathan, but all in all this leads me to not feeling very keen about enjoy your sushi again.
