I was there with my wife and a friend. We went in at 5:30pm, and there were nobody else there. We ordered: 2 yakisobas, gyozas, and the beef nabe hot pot. Everything arrived, except for 1 yakisoba. We started eating, but after nearly finishing everything, we asked about the missing Yakisoba. It had been 15min since receiving everything else. At this time, there was a rush and a couple large groups of people were being served. The manager said "ya it's on the way", without actually checking. 15min later, still no yakisoba, so we asked again. Response was: "ya it's almost here". 5min later the server came and said, "it looks like I didn't put in your other yakisoba order, it will be another 15min until it's ready.". So in total, we waited nearly an hour for our missing order. No apologies, and no offer of complimentary things due to their mistake. The nabe hot pot was a bit over salted too. Not a place I would recommend. I informed the management about this oversight, and they accepted the feedback. Hopefully they take this to heart and learn from it! read more
