Rice was cooked really well, and the salmon had a subtle sweet flavor that I liked a lot. We were also served a cabbage salad, and the sauce on it was so unique and fresh. Slightly sweet, slightly vinegary, with a hint of ginger. Delicious! The miso soup was fantastic, and the veggie sushi selections were enjoyed by all. Our group liked our food very much.
