We were able to meet with her, and tour homes on a recent planned vacation, she gave us a ton of options. She also introduced us to an awesome lender who helped us identify our options (Nicole with Movement mortgage is an incredible asset; and they love to work together: so it's a great fit for us!) Since we have returned to SoCal, I have been in touch with Sara frequently; she's warm, friendly and I have no doubt she will help us find the home of our dreams in due time! Keep in mind; your realtor is a professional who puts in a lot of time making your home dreams a reality, and there's nothing better than having a partner in our goal who understands what we are looking for, and cares enough to keep in touch/make friends for life. Can't wait to update this review when we have found "home", and I have no doubt, with Sara's expertise in the local community and her dedication to our vision, that we will find just the place, together!

She's the best, simply put! If you are looking for someone who is patient, honest and respectful of…read moreyour requests and time, Sara is your girl! We had the pleasure of working with her to buy our first house in Dormont and to sell that house seven years later and purchase a new one. PATIENCE is key in this process. I cannot say this enough. I always had this vision of a real estate agent being super pushy and aggressive with their buying and selling tactics. This is not the case for Sara. We took nine long months to find our first house in Dormont. She never pressured us to hurry up. I was talking to a friend one day who's a former real estate agent and they were like, I would have dropped you a few months in! So clearly you know Sara is patient. I loved that she got to know us enough that we'd walk into a house and she'd be like, NOPE, not for you. Again, never tried to push her opinion on us unless it was asked. And I did explicitly trust her with her opinion of houses. We finally found the right house for us, and of course negotiating was stressful, but she offered advice at every turn and was able to guide us to a successful deal. Then seven years later we were ready to move to a bigger house and sell our old one. Now I realize THAT is the stressful part... Selling your home! I was way overconfident with the market being hot and thinking we'd have some sort of bidding war on our house in the first week it was on the market. It was not. In the overall scheme of things the house went fast, about a month after we listed, but I was caught up in thinking our house was the most amazing perfect house ever and how dare anyone find fault with it :) We got a deal we were comfortable with and that closed our chapter there. With the new house, we searched and secured a deal on buying it before we sold the old one. We looked for about six months and I was so indecisive. I just couldn't find the "right" one. Sara again was very patient with us throughout the whole process. We looked at a lot of duds and finally came upon our future home. I was still not entirely sold but Sara was able to gently point out the good points and then eventually negotiate a great deal for us. For the neighborhood, we really lucked out. To this day I still say to my husband we got a steal on this place. Negotiating was SUPER STRESSFUL but Sara was always there to talk us through the inspection issues with both houses. Calm and cool always. Now I'm sitting here in our house after a year and am so happy and would gladly refer Sara to everyone who asks... Which I do all the time! Thanks Sara, you're the best and you'll be in good hands when you choose her as your agent!

I've dealt with numerous realtors, but for this transaction in Pittsburgh, I was nervous. Being out…read moreof town and with the property having been used by my son and his friends during school, I wasn't sure of the condition or how much work it needed. I researched the best agents online and narrowed it down to Lisa. Even then, I wasn't sure since we'd never met in person, but I wasn't planning on flying out and was hoping for the best. This lady gets things done. She is pleasant and articulate, but more importantly, she knows the contract, has her own contractors for repairs, and knows exactly how to prep for a photoshoot and a successful open house. She is a great negotiator who never tries to sway you just to get a quick sale, she respects your opinion and delivers results. She also does the "little things" without even mentioning them, I only found out through my son that she was personally scrubbing the sink before the photoshoot to make the kitchen sparkle. When issues come up mid transaction, she resolves them. I had a scare right before closing with a midnight security alert. I called the police for a sweep and alerted Lisa around 1 am, she was out there the next morning with the police to do an inside check and make sure everything was good. If I had another property in Pittsburgh, I would not hesitate to work with her again.

When I sold my homes, she knew exactly what needed to be done to make the homes more appealing to sellers and they always sold quickly as a result. What I find most impressive about Lisa is her wealth of knowledge. She knows what a homebuyer must do to sell a house and is both honest and upfront from the get-go. Instead of rushing you to list the home so that she can make another quick sell, she'll tell you exactly what needs to be done to sell the house at its highest potential and then help you weigh the pros and cons of making these changes. If you listen to her, like I have, you're going to put a house on the market that will deserve AND earn its highest price point. As a buyer, I have been even more impressed by Lisa's work. She has been patient with me every time we've worked together, put in hours of work in showing me homes and trying to find homes that fit both my taste and budget. Her critical eye was also so valuable when it came time for me to make decisions. When she showed me homes, she was able to show me their potential when I was unable to see it. At the same time, she was able to walk through the homes with me, point out the issues, explain their potential severity and costs involved to fix them. Again, she very thoughtfully weighed pros and cons with me to help me make the best for me. An added bonus: Lisa has an incredible network of people in her roladex. The listing photographer she uses is fantastic. The home inspector that she recommends is the most thorough home inspector I've ever worked with. I've used an electrician she recommends who did wonderful work in my home. It's a package deal that will benefit you long after you buy or sell a home with her. It is rare to find someone who isn't out to make a buck these days. Lisa's first priority is her client all day, every day.
