REGUS co-working and dedicated offices are so misrepresenting their location's interior work environment. They mislead you with their photos on their website; of which none of their office's actual physical images are ever posted on their website. So misleading. Their entrances and their hosts are unreliable and most are not very welcoming--not all of them. There's so many other independent co-working options available. I wish WeWork was available north of downtown Detroit into the suburbs.

If I could leave zero stars I would! Very bad service and sketchy business practices. I leased an…read moreoffice here and it was a TERRIBLE experience from the start. I was assessed a late fee before I even stepped foot into my office the first day, no one set expectations on how/when to make the first payment after I put down my deposit. The Regus online portal is awful and that is where you set up your payment method for the billing. Numerous times the Regus online portal had glitches/errors, I set up my Auto-Pay with my preferred payment info in their portal and then I was starting to see these late fees on my Regus login. They wont admit fault about their system having errors, I bank with Chase and have numerous other providers for my business, and I have autopay set up with all of them and I have never had billing issues with any of them, just Regus. When I expressed this issue to the Regus team the response every time was " It must be your bank, follow up with them". I went back into my online Regus account to find that the payment method wasn't saved anymore after I set up my auto-pay from the start. I even tried to manually pay for the rent some months and would get errors on their website.... This is just the beginning...... On my lease agreement ( which they have a copy loaded into my online login) had no terms and conditions, it was completely blank. At the end of the lease they charged me a "Restoration fee" of $450 which was not on my agreement, apparently they charge everyone that fee at the end of the lease regardless if you damage or not to the office. They claim its for repainting the office and restoring it, but when I moved into my office the first day, the office was not freshly painted and I was told that the painters would be out sometime soon, and they never came!! So they charged me for a Restoration fee that wasn't on my agreement, and they never actually restored my office for me from when the previous tenant was there. Sketchy business practices, and I am currently battling with them to refund the restoration fee. DONT LEASE AN OFFICE WITH THEM! GO ELSEWHERE SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE!

I promised to pay daily until my benefits were received but I failed and only posted once every other day. Well they embarrassed me by putting a taped eviction on my door. Terrible apartment complex. Within 4 months of living here, there have been multiple issues. The…read moreapartment unit was filthy upon moving in, with one of the shower drains being backed up and unable to drain. The smaller bathroom has black mold at the base of the shower and the shower floor is painted over so you risk paint peeling off on your feet every time you shower. The washer and dryer did not work and were also filthy-the insides were covered in sand and the filter hadn't been cleaned in a long period of time. Maintenance took 2+ weeks to come out and fix the washer and dryer. The living room blinds fell off the brackets, leaving no privacy to the apartment, and maintenance took 2 months to come fix them, even after 4+ maintenance requests. The excuse from management? The apartment complex hadn't had a manager in 2 months to attend to these problems. The kitchen window was not able to be opened past a few inches, which poses a serious safety hazard. Any request for maintenance over the phone was met with rude and inattentive leasing agents. There is also a massive bug issue in this unit from being close to trees and bushes, anything from centipedes to spiders, and everything in between. We are currently counting down the days until the lease is up. Whatever you do, don't live here. You'll be able to find a nicer, more affordable and attractive place than this sinkhole.
