After 10 years of stability here, I am leaving because this clinic refuses to modernize. They force…read morea 4-hour round-trip commute for mandatory in-person visits, even though the providers are actually on a computer screen from Texas. If the doctor is virtual, the patient should be too. I've moved to a telehealth provider that respects my time and accessibility. Be warned that they are also negligent with paperwork and slow to send medical records to new providers. They can't even be bothered to update their address and their business hours on Yelp, leading to even more confusion for patients already struggling with the commute. The administrative negligence here is extreme. They don't even have a voicemail system--the phone just rings into the void. If their staff is out or in an emergency, patients have zero way to leave a message or cancel. It is professional negligence at its worst. In an era where every professional practice uses automated texts for accessibility, this clinic still relies on a manual, "voiceless" system that leads to constant administrative errors. It is a dinosaur in a digital world. When I tried to move my care, the office became hostile and unprofessional, proving exactly why the "Captains" left this sinking ship. They mandate in-person visits but don't provide in-person doctors. It's just a 4-hour commute for a video screen. I requested telehealth accommodations for my mobility issues and was refused, yet they forced me to look at a monitor in their office. This Texas Screen Hypocrisy is the ultimate proof that they prioritize facility fees over patient accessibility. "The only reason I stayed as long as I did was because of the elite care from Dr. Jacob Gohari. He is a true 'Captain' who actually respects his patients and their mobility. I am officially following the talent out the door and moving to a 'New School' era that respects my sanctuary and my time."

Her bedside manner is warm and compassionate, and she takes the time to listen and explain without rushing you. If you've ever had an unpleasant experience with another provider at Merryland, Dr. Udeh is the one you want to see. She brings professionalism, empathy, and a genuine commitment to quality care.

The bathroom stayed disgusting until I got them to clean it and there was the previous patients belongings in the hamper and closet. My xhusband had a painful death in a place that was supposed to make his passing comfortable and peaceful. The man screamed in agony for his last days. On a Friday (I think the 16th of May 2025) he was in desperate need of pain medication. He had already stopped eating so he needed an injectable medication. BUT, there's no doctor to order it because he's kosher. A real circus went on until I called 911. Anthony was finally given medication to make him comfortable, no more clenching his fists, no more screaming in agony, no more tears running down his face. Anthony passed away in the hospital a few hours later. Anthony was supposedly having hospice care but his room was never changed from when he was admitted. It's like they just forgot about him. And the rashes on his rear and genitals was proof of that. Bottom line, this is not a place for anyone who can't speak up for themselves.

After months of requesting that my brother be updated on Covid, flu, and RSV vaccinations, and that I be informed that this has been done, I still don't know whether he is receiving the health care that is recommended for people of his advanced age and poor health. Unfortunately i live far away and am unable to arrange for another nursing home for my brother, but if you are able to make arrangements other than Seagate for your relative, I suggest that you do so.

I was very happy to see his health improving steadily with each visit. During each visit both Natalie, the administrator and Yousef, the Rehab director were kind enough to take time to answer all my questions and give me updates of my grandfather's health and progress, which has been a great comfort to me and my family. My grandfather says the staff there has been so friendly, helpful and professional. He is in good spirits and I am very grateful to know he is under such excellent care at Sea Crest. I would highly recommend Sea Crest to anyone that has a family member or loved one needing any rehabilitation work.

I already went to urgent care and they told me to go to my PCP if I still had symptoms today, and they are actually worsening. It is appalling that they don't leave room for sick longtime patients to come in for same day appt. While writing review, Mariam called back to tell me they would see me at 215pm after repeatedly telling me no and it was 'impossible'. All around awful service. I will be looking for new PCP practice
