He reminded me of my appt. via text and showed up on time. I am so pleased with his work. My windows look amazing. He worked very hard to get them clean. He removed the calcium deposits off of my windows at the back of the house (they had marks all over them because of the hard water of the sprinklers). He is professional and easy to work with. He made sure that I was well taken care of. He walked me through the house to inspect the windows to make sure that I was satisfied. His prices were very reasonable. He is the kind of guy that you can depend on to do what is right in a professional situation. That gives me comfort. I will definitely be hiring him again. Thank you so much Landon. At 10am I called and spoke to Landon, at first he wasn't sure if we were even scheduled then finally realized we were indeed. I called several times with no answer, only voice mail. Left message and also text Landon again with no response. Finally I get a text message from a Nancy? telling me they had over-booked their employee and they were sorry. Again, no call no follow-up, nothing! This is possible the worst customer service ever!
