Aurelio is knowledgeable, professional, thorough, and cares about his job. He takes pride in his work and takes the time to explain to you what is wrong. Why it's wrong and how he's gonna fix it. He always goes the extra mile. Many times he has fixed my car he has taken the time to give it a quick detail before it's returned. Most recently I had a claim and he handled the negotiation with the insurance company so that my car would not be totaled. It's back on the road and I couldn't be happier. I left my car in their hands and went inside to pay. The girl behind the counter was on her cellphone on a personal call but checked me out pretty promptly. The wait time is only 5-10 mins. When my car was completed the exterior looked great! I got in, the car smelled great and left. My disappointment came once I took a closer look in the interior. There was still a lot of hair, dog hair, and crumps left behind, and there were dirty streaks on my window. If this was a $7-$10 wash, I wouldn't be complaining. But I paid extra for the Full Service Package and it's a total of $20 with tax. If you're just looking for a generic exterior wash, this place can get it done. If you're looking for anything more- I wouldn't recommend.

He didn't understand what I was saying (probably because he most speaks Spanish) and after finally getting a clear answer that they don't or that I have to make an appointment I walked away immediately. mad mike, the owner told me to leave my car and put the key in the lock box. when i called mid…read moreafternoon my car had still not been touched. i show up at 5 to pick up my car and it had been run through quickly. not even close to a full detail. the rugs were dirty and soaking wet. the car smelled horrible due to the moisture. the exterior looked as if it had only been wiped down and not washed prior to wax being applied. The trunk was never even opened i could tell because leaves were still in the door jamb of the trunk. The wimdows were hazy and i could barely see through them. The cost of this maybe 2 hour "full detail" was 375 dollars. I call mad mike to tell him about it and he tells me it was because i didnt purchase theur "top detailing package" i asked how much that was. He said another 475. I told him if 375 got me what im looking at now how would another 100 fix that? He had no answer.
