David was my sales guy!!! Upon walking in , building was more spacious than it appeared from the outside. Well lit building and clear of clutter. Shelves were well stocked and neatly aligned. David introduced himself immediately and was very friendly , welcoming and knowledgeable . He asked me the purpose of my visit and he took it from there. He gave me a tour of the inventory, showed me some products, taught me how to read the packaging and understand the ingredients and intake by mg, gram, and scoop. Very informative. He also let me sample a supplement that was delicious. There is also a smoothie and protein bar that I will definitely try when I'm back over this way . Whoever hired David kudos to your company for finally getting it right. He went above and beyond and he didn't have to . I appreciate it wholeheartedly. It's hard to find good help and superb customer service. I will definitely be back for my supplement refills. read more

Wyatt went above and beyond to help me find the perfect supplements to support my needs. He even let me taste his protein powder that I was interested in buying. The powder was delicious, and he was kind and helpful. Thanks! read more

I come here for the protein smoothies (they're great especially after a work out)! The people are friendly (although a bit pushy at times. They carry a decent selection of products. read more

Ash is the man! Wasn't sure what protein to get and Ash gave me a sample out of his personal protein so I could try it. Also sent me home with a sample of some carbs. Thanks again Ash. Your awesome! read more

Riley was so helpful and didn't pressure me to purchase. I cannot stress how refreshing it was to walk in and be helped immediately and he made me up a sample and gave me some to try at home. This is above and beyond and I will go back her for my purchase in the future read more

TLDR: Pushy sales people sold me products that have high amounts of lead. First and foremost, all of this is on me. If I had spent 5 minutes doing research and trusted my gut, I would have figured out that I should have never shopped here. I have learned my lesson and have to share so you don't either. I got weird feelings from the second I walked in seeing that they still had a sign about allowing in unvaccinated people. Most places don't care anymore (sadly), so why actively advertise you don't if not as a dog whistle. Red flag 1. The person I worked with (won't name names, they're likely trying to just do their job) was incredibly pushy. Red flag 2. But since I'm new to higher intensity workouts and I know gym culture can be a bit overbearing, I figured I would trust the process. I discussed briefly what I was wanting to do (lose weight, build muscle) and immediately was moved over to 1st Phorm (more on that in a moment) and said everything else on the wall wasn't good. Red flag 3. We discussed flavors and was recommended not just to protein powder but an additive to help with carb intake as well. Tried it and it tasted pretty good. Now what I didn't know at the time is that not only is 1st Phorm an MLM and has an incredibly awful CEO, but their products are know to have HIGH AMOUNTS OF LEAD. We got to checkout and another employee started trying to sell me stuff as well. Being uncomfortable in high pressure sales situations, I tried to keep the small talk and not buy anything more. As it turns out, the whole purchase for 1 1.9 lb tub of protein, an additive, and a shaker bottle came out to just over $90! Red flag 4. I thought that it seemed like a lot, but again, I questioned myself on what I knew and trusted people that had more knowledge than me. I left with my very overpriced goods in hand. It was only about a week later while researching protein shakes for meal supplements did I learn how awful 1st Phorm is. Once I knew I had been sold lead laced products, I truly knew I had been scammed. I doubt the company takes returns, but I'm going to try. Do not, under any circumstance, trust this company. Unless you like overpaying for lead, that is. EDIT: Credit where credit is due, they refunded my purchase in full. I also updated the amount I had spent to more accurately reflect true cost. Still will not be returning, but have to share what positives there are. read more

NEXT LEVEL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I stopped by this location to buy pre workout (I'm new to supplements and it was my first time there) Dustin was so helpful and friendly, not pushy and knew exactly what to recommend. We made great conversation and he even sent a handwritten letter (related to the convo we had) and mailed it to my house, thanking me for my business. Like are you kidding? I am excited to go back and was so touched by the letter! Keep up the great work and give Dustin a raise! read more

We came in mid afternoon, having never been there before and were so pleased with our shopping experience. They are well stocked, but we specifically came in for 1st Phorm products - they had all the flavors! PLUS it was cheaper than online. We will recommend this place to all our friends, especially with how helpful every single staff member was. read more

The best customer service I have ever had in my life. Riley who helped me was incredibly friendly and helpful, answered all my questions about a few brands I was unfamiliar with and even gave me a serving of his pre-workout to try because he recommended it. It was a very enjoyable experience with very friendly employees. read more

be prepared for aggressive kid who knows everything I asked about a product he never heard of before and he said that they didn't have it then I found it on the shelf and ....then he proceeded to give me advice about what the product was and how to use it. And woulb not stop tliking so left. Don't give these saleskids a the tinyest opening. read more

They're nice but their contactless payment has been down for a over a year, and they don't have any price tags it's like a trap. It wouldn't be so bad if they didn't have it available on Apple Maps read more

Friendly staff, good fitness products. Would recommend to stop in if you are into supplements.

What a great place! Had what we were looking for and a few extras. Andy helped my husband and I out and was very knowledgeable. If you need supplements and legit knowledge and advice, hit up supplement superstore!! read more

Don't even bother stopping. You know something's not right when a store will not price their products. I'm not saying that they just don't have price tags on the items or the shelves, they have no prices ANYWHERE. You have to ask. Which makes me wonder if I'd get a better price if I were younger or more fit or maybe if I said I'd give them a good review on Yelp. I asked why they didn't display any pricing. I was told they were a wholesaler, and they didn't want their competition to know their prices. First of all, the one price I asked about was a whole 13 cents less expensive than what I can purchase it for online. That's not wholesale. And secondly, if a competitor wants to find out your prices, they will. All they need to do is buy one of a few different products and they'll figure it out pretty quickly. So, instead of being concerned about the customer, this company is concerned only about their competition. Unless they figure out that potential customers don't want to feel like they are being deceived, the company won't be in business for long. I wonder if they will price their items for their going out of business sale. read more

These guys are great. They're always willing to talk to you about your goals and how you can get there. They even remember you when you go back. That's sweet. Regarding the negative review: Apple doesn't list prices on almost any of their products in store and they're one of the biggest companies in the world... There's a reason Supplement Superstore keeps expanding. They must be doing something right. When a brick and mortar store can provide very competitive prices when compared to online, I would say that's incredibly impressive. Keep it up. read more

I've used supplements for a long time. But I found they are useless unless your overall nutrition spot on (or close). They team at S2 in St. Peters is flat out awesome. Not just about selling you product but educating you and giving you options. Science based facts not just "bro science" to fit your goals. They will spend as much time with you as needed regardless of how much you spend. The only place we get supplements now! read more

Super knowledgeable and friendly staff. Not salesy, just extremely helpful! Plus they have unbeatable prices for supplements! Service alone makes me want to come back. Thanks for all your help (: read more

Visited the store for the first time. Was highly recommended by a friend at the gym. After calling about products, I arrived an hour later in St. Peter's. Jake had everything ready for me plus something I missed. Best experience in quite some time. Love this place and will be a lifetime customer. Jake was the guy who helped me. By far my best service, product, and price. Thanks, not to mention it's locally owned and operated. Great job guys read more
