A nice little neighborhood pet shop! You won't find all the goodies you usually get from zooplus…read more(and especially not at that price) but the service is good and they have all the basics. Normally I just get cat litter and the odd toy here and there; those two things they do have a lot of. The employees always have a smile and a greeting when I come by and hold the door for me on the way out with 10kg of litter in each hand. Even though they don't have everything that I need, it is definitely not a place to avoid with such friendly service.

True to their word, I got the discount at the register; with a smile, no less! There was also a friendly dog (on a leash) in the store and the ladies behind the register were cooing over it. I will definitely be by again to do my shopping, especially since they carry the poorly-named Dogman brand treats for cats that I can't seem to find anywhere else.

We very careful to ask about how to care for the fish. They didn't seem all that concerned and we later learned that they give us very poor advice that led to the fish dying. When we presented them with the dead fish asking what we did wrong, they were very apathetic. They didn't care at all about the poor little animals. They were just very sure to let us know there was no way we were getting our money back, even though we didn't even care about the money. I was also a little concerned with how many goldfish they squeezed in one aquarium there as I have since learned that goldfish need a lot of space to survive. We also experienced that they close up and lock up the store before closing time, which is annoying. We went to another pet store that gave us much better guidance. They also let us know that you should not have any kind of heater for goldfish as they prefer rather cold water. The people working there are unfortunately rather incompetent. They seemed nice enough at first but the moment there was a problem, they were not helpful or concerned at all. They just wanted to get rid of us. I would highly recommend that you not use this pet shop. Find another one.

It was small yet clean and well-kept. The selection of treats/toys wasn't overly large, but we found some dried fishes to bring back to our dog which he absolutely loved. I feel like if we lived close to this shop, we would enjoy the large selection of dog food available but for treats/toys, it doesn't have a large assortment to choose from.
