During special events, the rates for parking is $25 CDN, and during off events, it is $22 CDN for a 24 hr parking. The lot takes cash and credit card. During the special events, you have to pay upon entering the lot. The underground lot is located beneath La Tour Deloitte building, and it is easily accessible. I parked for a few days in the lot without any issues. The lot was cleaned and due to the cost, did not seem to have many patrons. Overall, I would use the lot again.

The doors open on their own as the car approaches them. The man inside was friendly but told us they were not actually a parking lot on Saturday and Sunday- they hand wash cars only. We explained we were searching for a 2 hour parking...he said "if it's just 2 hours why don't u leave ur car here and i'll wash it for 20$ and you pick ut up when your done", it took us less than 2 seconds to accept... My car was filthy, we were ready for brunch and we needed to park it anyways lol. When we got back a little less than 2 hours later the car was sooooo immaculate i could here it pinging lol. They even did the trunk! They did such an incredible job I was sooooo impressed, such attention to detail!!! I took as much info as I could to recommend them here on Yelp!!!! I think I may very well make it a weekend treat from time to time...brunch in the area and a car wash, parking included... why the f not eh?! Happy customer! Highly recommend!

Getting your rental It took 1 hour and 20 min to check my truck out even though there was only two couples ahead of me. There is only one person who works the front desk and she does it very very very slowly. I rented a truck for ONE MONTH in May to do a Canada USA move. I rented it over a month ahead of time to ensure I was not caught short in the busy May June July rental season. They said it costs 5.00 extra per day for any days in the USA for extra insurance. Untrained Staff I went once to the USA and advised the number of days and received a 5.00 charge per day as agreed. On the second trip as I was about to cross the border, I called to get them to charge the extra days but they said " we do not insure for any USA travel with our trucks"! I had just paid 600 dollars in gas to load the truck and another few hundred to drive it 6 hrs to Windsor Ontario. Faulty Maintenance I then said your oil change light keeps coming on. She said you need to bring it back so we can service it! They expected me to drive it 6 hrs back to Montreal so they could do the oil change. She said the person who rented it to me with the 5.00 per day was not trained so it was not their problem or fault. I also suggested that their maintenance manager was also not trained as oil changes are based on mileage which is the most predictable and easy to schedule ... Implications of renting from this company I was forced to complete my run into the USA uninsured due to their error. I also now was forced to bring the truck back on the 17th of May despite having paid the full month. It was useless to me if I could not drive it insured to the USA which is what I reserved and paid for. Now 2 weeks before June 1st the two biggest moving months of the year and I had no truck and no where to store all my things... Trying to rent a truck in June or July for a move is impossible as they have all been rented months before just like mine which was rented back in April. It is now two months later... Shocking disregard for customer service or even bothering to answer any calls or emails. When I called initially I was told she was not allowed to put any calls through to the manager. I would have to leave a message and they would call back. After more than a dozen messages I have never received a callback. Manager Marco renegs on his promise to fix the problem I went into the office and I was assured by Marco, who I was told was a manager, that he would make it right as it was clearly his staff's mistakes that had landed me in this position. Despite his assurances he never wrote or called back to clarify what he would do or how he would make this right nor did he ever reply to my many calls. They have this trick where they transfer your call if you insist to speak to the manager and then it goes to a voicemail which every time I have called the past two months has been full. Nice way to avoid having to deal with your clients! I never received a copy of the final bill. I called twice to receive it and again just now two months later I have requested it again.. I got the person to check the amount while I waited on the phone and I am told they charged $1600.00 EXTRA to the FULL MONTHLY RENTAL fee which I had to give back half way through the month. THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS! She promised to send me the bill. I will believe it when I see it. Shocking how such a business can still be in operation with a complete disregard for basic ethics or business practices.

I owed a little extra for going over km's and they emailed a bill so I could get home faster. There was a mixup on the prepaid fuel and they worked with me to resolve it. I've rented a few times here and the price is right and so far no issues.

We came as a side trip while sightseeing in Montreal, it was a bit far out with using only public transportation. So I would recommend only coming if you have an extra 3 hours or so. Since we still have to visit Toronto on our trip, it did made me sad I cannot bring home the cured cheese, Schwartz's Smoked Meat, or the Fairmount bagels. We did got to taste the poutine and the cheese pizza at the food court. Something with the crust and the cheese but the slice definitely tastes better than the ones in LA!

Similar selection, a lot of the Kirkland brands stuff gets imported and they also stock some Canadian brands in bulk as well. Goods are a bit more expensive in Canada overall, and taxes are higher than down south, so it's nice to have Costco as an option to spend a little less. Also, the gas is the cheapest in Montreal.

It is worth mentioning that it is one attendant in particular who is super helpful and friendly, the others are mostly friendly still but not as helpful and occasionally there is a not-so-nice one but they usually don't last long (i.e. they get fired or leave). Gas prices are minimum 5 cents cheaper per L here than they are in the cities and suburbs. It's my own way of protesting the ridiculous gas prices by gassing up here.
