My attic A/C unit overflowed and caused major water damage to the ceiling of my garage. Superior Painting repaired the drywall damage and repainted. I highly recommend them. I called 850.297.1882 and explained what I needed and was scheduled for an estimate about a week or 10 days later. Gerard promptly arrived at the time for my estimate. He looked over the damage and thoroughly explained how the repairs would be made. He clearly answered the questions I had and said he would email me a written estimate. I was amazed to receive the estimate the same day! Once I decided to use Superior Painting, I called the office and was able to easily schedule the work for a few weeks later which gave me time to clean my garage and move all the extra boxes and such so that the painters could reach all parts of the ceiling. I got a reminder call from Gerard a few days before the work was to begin to tell me what time the painters would arrive and that's when they arrived. Jimmy and Keith worked diligently to replace the water damaged drywall, tape the joints, prime the water stains, paint, etc. They were friendly and professional but most importantly did quality work. When they were finished everything looked brand new! I am very pleased with their work. From start to finish this was a smooth project for me. I can't begin to express how pleased my husband and I are with the job Superior Painting (Tallahassee, FL) did in our home. This is our third time to use them, and we continue to receive efficient, professional and excellent service! Lisa oversaw and did a lot of the painting of our living room, kitchen and breakfast nook. She has one of the steadiest hands I've ever seen! She and Charles also painted the trim in those rooms, plus our dining room and foyer, as well as in one hall. Lisa was timely in her arrival each day, was very patient with me when I asked questions, and was very personable. In all honesty, I felt we were friends by the time the job was completed. Each day we received a visit from Sarge, so I knew he, too, cared about the job and how it was executed. I would definitely call Superior Painting again in the future. Marshall, who was person to give us an estimate, was on time, had everything in order, listened to our concerns, and suggested ways to accommodate us. The crew, headed by Colleen, was on time, orderly, neat, tidy, respectufl, friendly and helpful. We had a moment when it was clear a paint color we had chosen was not going to work. We hired Superior Painting to pressure wash and repaint the exterior of our four-story waterfront home. They did an outstanding job for a very reasonable price. It was a challenging project: not only did they have to bring in a "cherry picker" to access the two upper stories, but they also had to deal with dense foliage surrounding the house. The house looks much better than it did originally. All the personnel were pleasant, professional, and competent. Marshall showed up right away, gave us a very fair quote, and told exactly what they were doing. Ashley and Carrie showed up when they said they would and also left when they said they would. They used a quality product and did an outstanding job to include painting our rooms in the order we requested. Cleanup each day was great as well as at the end of the job. I had Superior Painting do the finish work for a home renovation, and they did a wonderful job! First they were available in a timely manner. The estimator was helpful in setting up the plans. I needed carpentry, dry wall and painting work. They coordinated their efforts and finished the job more quickly than I could have imagined. Ben and Keith were great. Not sure how well they paint. However, I know for a fact they can't drive well. One of their vehicles ran a stop sign in a residential neighborhood at a school bus pickup point this morning. Then drove in the wrong lane of travel and almost struck my vehicle that was carrying my children to school. I had to slam on brakes and reverse to avoid being struck. This is a residential neighborhood. This is unacceptable. Please do better. read more
