They run a clean, tight ship and make pretty much everything in house, from bacon to gourmet sausages. This meat market has not gone unnoticed as they have won many awards already in several local county contests. The employees work long and hard to get your orders out in a timely fashion and all with a smile. They take cash, credit and debit. Easy to find off highway 90 and well worth the trip as the taste of their meat is superb and it's nice knowing the skills of the owner, Jerry, have cut or overseen the production of every piece!
