Been bringing pigs and lambs here for processing for several years. The place aint much to look at but they have always done a fine job. The cuts are just as ordered, cured and double wrapped. Jerry and the boys may look a little rough but are always knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I attended a party that they catered with prime rib and it was excellent. Had a beef processed here and they didn't scrape off the meat sawdust from the steaks and roasts. That sawdust will start meat to go bad even in the freezer, plus I have to scrape it off before I cook it. Their package sealing leaks, haven't had one that didn't leak when thawed. Make sure you thaw it in a plastic bag. read more
