I was in the area for a doc appointment and came across this little gem. Not only do they have donuts but the have every sandwich known to man (except burgers lol). For under 10 bucks I got myself a ham, bacon, egg and cheese croissant sandwich with fresh ingredients and a tall hot green tea. If you're tired of the norm fast food breakfast come get yourself a big-o croissant sandwich. Oh and their croissant donuts are amazing.

While they did not have any cronuts while I was here and I had to drive to their other location up the street to get my fix, we did pick up a few regular donuts and they were tasty though not the best. The selection was meager on an early Saturday, not really much to chose from. Service was ok, not stellar but the donuts were fresh and good. Not the best shop around, but worth the stop if you need a sweet fix in the area!

YUMMM!!!! I came here for the croissant donuts! They did not disappoint! I suggest you calling in your order in advanced because it took 20 mins for me to get 6 croissant donuts filled. :( Croissant Donut Flavors I Ordered - 2 Maple Bacon - 1 Nutella - 1 Strawberry - 1 Custard - 1 Cream Cheese I only tried the Maple Bacon one but everyone at work loved them so I'm assuming they were all good. :) However, they were pretty sweet so be prepared to be guzzling down water all day after eating one lol. The husband and wife are extremely nice! I will be back! :)

Croissant/Donut Hybrid? Um....Yes Please! If you like donuts and like croissants then you're in for a pleasant surprise. I tried the regular one and the special cream filled one. Need I even say that the cream filled one was way better? It was dangerously good! If you're on a diet stay away from this place, but If you like donuts and want something special then... " GET YOUR BUTT OVER THERE AND GET SOME!" Enjoy!

I had been fasting because I had just gone through a spinal procedure and needed to eat something and get some coffee stat! My husband knew about this place and brought me over as their specialty was cronuts. I had been craving a maple bar with bacon on it for several weeks but not acting on it because, well, they're just not good for you. The place is immaculate although a little bit hot and the girl behind the counter said they don't actually make maple bars with bacon but she made one specifically for me and it was amazing! The pastry was super light and fresh and still warm from the fryer and the heat from the freshly made bacon melted the maple glaze just a bit making sure that the flavors were mingling. I literally chewed and closed my eyes to completely saver the amazing flavor and texture.

The donuts are truly delicious. The drinks as well like the Thai ice tea. This is a must come to buying the donuts your craving desire as they have good deals upon your orders. It's located on the principle street of Lakewood Blvd and Rosecrans Avenue behind the T mobile store. Plus there's a Walgreens in front of the donuts store so you can't miss out where this wonderful donuts store is at. I enjoyed every type of donuts they had on display and the one's that I had ordered to take. I suggest you go ahead and order some donuts and even some hot tea as they got that as well.

Superior Donuts is a small donut shop in Bellflower right by Walgreens on Lakewood Blvd and Rosecrans Ave. This is one of the few donut shops I know selling large size donuts (Kindle's Donuts in L.A. sells the Texas Glaze). However, Superior Donuts is best known for their cronuts which you can customize with your own fillings for an extra fee. Staff is friendly and the selection is top notch. Word of caution: donuts are extra sweet and will keep you coming back for more.

Holy sugar overload! I've had this place bookmarked for awhile and finally made it in to grab some donuts and cronuts. We were greeted by a very nice lady. We perused the display of all the yummy donuts. As she did not have any filled cronuts made she offered to make us fresh ones and of course we waited for fresh maple bacon cronuts! We ended up with a few maple bacon cronuts and a half dozen regular donuts. They also have pre-made boxes of donuts and muffins for $4! Be warned the donuts here are super duper sweet but since I have a very sweet tooth I was very pleased! Everyone was happy and they were well worth the $12! I will definitely be back to get my sweet tooth fix and try the ice filled cronuts. There is also plenty of parking not only in front on the donut shop as well as in the Walgreens lot so no need to fret. So go on and grab you some sweet yumminess!

Tried this place out recently. Small donut shop with a good selection of donuts and cronuts. The gal working the counter was very pleasant and friendly. I tried their blueberry donuts and 3 of their cronuts: maple bacon, strawberry and lemon. The blueberry donuts were good and the cronuts were very good. Flaky layers of croissant filled and/or topped with your favorite flavors and toppings. I walked out with 3 donuts and 3 cronuts for $13 and change. I recommend the lemon filled cronut. That treat was pretty darn good. I really liked the maple bacon cronut as well but will probably ask to go lighter on the maple glaze next time as it was a bit too sweet for me.

I looove donuts and this place did not disappoint. Their donuts are so delicious, soft and fresh. We tried the orange bar, maple, sprinkle cake donut, maple bacon cronut, crumb donut and chocolate bar donut. They're all sooo good. I have to admit that the maple bacon cronut was a little too rich for me but the balance between the saltiness of the bacon and the sweetness of the maple is awesome. I'd love to try the Nutella cronut next. My next favorite would be the orange bar. It is full of orange flavor and it didn't taste artificial. They also have fresh coffee, iced coffee, smoothies and Thrifty ice cream. I think I just found my local, favorite donut place! read more

I walked it to try their "cronuts" and asked for suggestions. I asked the very nice girl if I could use the restroom first and she said oh it's for customers only and said I am a customer. I'm getting a cronut for my boyfriend and I and I ordered what I wanted. I then said ok can I use the restroom now she says ok let me tell the owner and she flat out said No! First of all it's illegal ! Second of all that's terrible customer service! I would never dare treat a customer that way. I don't care how good the so called "cronuts" are I will never return to this place. read more

"Give me donuts or Give me death", these are the awesomeness donuts around. Old fashion are awesome, donuts are soft (watch out Krispy Kream) and don't forget about the ham and cheese croissants', they are the bomb!!!. I would drive out here any time. Family oriented and owned is where I do my business. Here you pay for a good donut and not the franchise name. Their name says it all "SUPERIOR DONUTS" and they are. Come eat for yourself. I came here specifically because I had been craving a cronut. They didn't disappoint. I got 1 of 3 cronuts that were left. I asked for a maple bacon. The lady prepared it to order on the spot which took about 3-5 minutes. I think if you want it fresh you can call to order, because the 3 cronuts on display weren't fresh (she told me). Only other negative is that the place was kind of dirty. (Tiny trash bucket on counter had spilled coffee in it, trash and sugar all over counter and glass cases were sticky) read more

Excellent Donuts made in house, not your average tasting donut shop donuts. They put love into these. The guys are super nice and provide excellent customer service. There's not much you can do to ruin a donut, and they don't. The donuts are cheap, the soda is cheap, the ice cream is cheap. The mixed iced drinks tend to be a little steeper in pricing, and end up being mostly made up of ice. My absolute favorite drink is Thai Iced Tea. It is amazingly devine, and this place fails at satisfying my needs. For a little over $1.50, I was given a cup of ice with about an three inches of liquid swirled into the remaining volume not occupied by ice. I finished it on the walk to the car. The hell? If you can stop them from filling up the cup to the top with slushed ice and giving you more for your buck, do it. Otherwise, avoid for the chilled drinks. Everything else is good. read more

Awesomest donuts ever. We were looking for a cronut place and found this one on Yelp, and I'm so glad we went. We got two cronuts and made them our own. I went with cookie dough ice cream filling, maple glaze with bacon on top The guy totally hooked it up with my husband and let him put ice cream and a jelly filled donut inside (we were charged extra for the donut, but it was TOTALLY worth it). Will definitely come again! Service was amazing, it's right in the Walgreens shopping center off Rosecrans and Lakewood. read more

I have been looking for a place that has maple bacon donuts and found Superior Donuts on Yelp. I was so excited this morning to try their maple bacon filled cronut. Got there just before 7 AM. Asked the man behind the counter for maple bacon cronuts (which are on their menu). He shook his head and rolled his eyes. Enough said. Will never go back there again. read more

Where do I begin? Man oh man, superior donuts are soooo goooooodddd. Once you take that first bite you have to keep coming back for more! A hidden gem I like to call my sweet escape. Seriously, worth a drive! If you've ever driven all the way to California donuts and weren't even able to find a parking spot?!! I say drive no more!! Superior donuts had a huge parking lot!! Maple Bacon Cronut --- DELISH. They didn't have any readily available but the woman who was helping us at the counter whipped up two Maple Bacon Cronuts within 5 minutes. We also bought a donut with chocolate frosting and chocolate chips on top and was filled with chocolate chips in the inside - this was great too but would be even better if it was warmed up. We hopped on the freeway for this and would come back again - definitely recommend if you're a cronut lover! read more

This May very well be the best find yet. I stumbled across this donut shop, while at Walgreens. I could smell heavenly go cooking in the air, and was looking for the source. It was late at night, but I saw the open sign across the parking lot. Upon entering the store, there was a huge selection of fresh pastries, donuts, muffins and Conuts. These delectable morsels that bring together both donut and croissant into the same thing, may yet be the best breakfast invention ever. Yet even if you want the standard collection of donuts, from your apple fritters to your bear claws, they've got you taken care of! With a friendly staff to greet you at the counter, these guys may yet be the best customer service I received in a donut shop. read more

Great customer service having had Kettle Glazed's cronut I had to try the version this place makes. Now I love sweets but everything I had (cronut & glazed twist) was just too sweet. The flavors were pretty good but just too sweet. I was ready to give them a 5 before tasting until I saw their Public Health grade B Would I return probably if I had a tall glass of milk and if the new worker (female) was there to assist. Family owned business with donuts made with love. Wide selection of donuts i especially love the ones with the cereal toppings and amazing ham and cheese crossiants! This is my go to place every morning for some breakfast and a hot cup of coffee! Oh and if you are lucky theres a funny girl the daughter that works there whos just so bubbly and cute! read more

OK, I'm too old to eat donuts. I confess. But, I ate them and I came back a few times. Who ever named this place was right on the money. The donuts are superior. They are fresh and airy, and they do not keep them for more than a few hours. The service is great, and what else can I say. I would have given them 5 stars, but that is reserved for the melt in your mouth donuts that I remember when I was a kid. I am still waiting for a donut shop that can serve those. Until then, Superior is a fair second. read more

The Cronuts here are legit! Came here on myway to work one morning and got a dozen Cronuts. Nutella and whipped cream, strawberry and chocolate with custard. They were sooo good! They have layers of dense flaky donut like taste. Everyone at work raved about them! Only problem is it took 20 minutes for her to make them. Order ahead or just try the plain glazed it's just as good. read more

Staff is friendly. Definitely the biggest donut iv seen ia sold here. They habe a donut called cronut with bacon (they have differet toppings) but they run out like at 6pm so arrive early. read more
