It's super frustrating when major appliances stop working. In our case, our counter-depth…read morerefrigerator went AWOL on a Saturday afternoon, not discovered until Saturday evening. David answered my call, personally, at 8pm on a Saturday night. He was in our home Sunday morning. The problem was quickly diagnosed (fan that cools the compressor wasn't going on). He set up a fan that I had in the garage to blow on the compressor and got the refrigerator up and running temporarily. He said that, depending on parts, the repair would be done Monday or Tuesday. Part not in stock, so repair scheduled for Tuesday. David showed up on the front end of his repair window, replaced the fan, cleaned the condenser and verified everything was working. Repair cost was very reasonable, especially compared to replacing a $2500 refrigerator. Not only was he on time, communicated well at every step and solved the issue, he liked our dog, too. HIGHLY recommend for service and solution.

We paid him $80 to come over and check all the product specs to make sure this slightly larger all in one unit would fit. He gave us the thumbs up, we ordered and scheduled him to install. He had to cut the tiles as expected, replaced the gas line, installed a new valve and cut the cabinet, etc. He credited us 1/2 of the first visit towards the installation. He was there for about 2-1/2 hrs., cleaned up and hauled away the old cooktop. He definitely knows what to do and we felt super comfortable hiring him. Just know he will have you put up plastic and whatever you want on the floors before he gets there to make clean up easy.

Only 3 of them said they install, the rest only do repairs. The 3 were rude and more interested in pricing and schedule. No one would answer my questions, they just insisted they'll find out when they get there. Finally, I found Alex at Wizard Appliance. How refreshing! He was polite, sincere, asked detailed questions, LISTENED to my situation, and said he can fit me in same day. Then, he gave me price. And boy, it was reasonable! Alex did an excellent job. He not only installed the laundry pedestals, but he also improved the laundry setup I had by switching the washer and dryer locations even though the connections had to be extended. He also leveled my washer and now it doesn't shake. The air gap is now fully installed. I highly, highly recommend Alex.

Big Al's is the BEST!! Super quick response time, amazing customer service, great customer service,…read moreand affordable pricing. Our GE washing machine stopped draining. We were referred to Big Al's and reached out via text. He quickly responded and schedule a time the next day to come due a diagnostic. He showed up on time, was super friendly, walked me through the potential issues. He first checked the drain filter to make sure that wasn't the issue. He cleaned that and then tested the washer again. He determined that the drain pump was bad as you could hear it humming and not actually pumping. He had the correct pump in his truck for my model of washer and was able to repair it on the spot. Before he started the repair he told me exactly how much it would cost, including parts & labor. He even looked up how much a new replacement washer (same make and model) is going for so I could make an informed decision about repairing or buying a new one. Once he finished the repair, he ran the washer to insure it was working properly and draining correctly. We couldn't be happier with the entire experience! I highly recommend Big Al's for all your appliances needs & repairs!
